it was tough, but the grind never stopped. from 240 lbs Aug 25’ to 199.7 lbs Aug 26’ 💫

this weight loss journey was a true test of discipline and determination.

i wasn’t happy with my habits or my body. i wasn’t taking the time to pour back into myself the way i should have. i’m proud to say i lost the weight, and there’s still more to go. my goal was always to get under 200 lbs while building muscle, and i accomplished that.

i’m stronger, more capable, more confident, more disciplined, more productive, and more powerful than i’ve ever been.

it’s been many years of being on and off in the gym, but this has been my most successful year. i finally lost the weight and completely changed my lifestyle. 💫🤩

i share this because i want you to know it’s possible. you can lose the weight, change your life, and become the best version of yourself.

don’t wait until next monday. don’t wait until after your birthday. don’t wait until next month.

just start. you got this. 🤙🔥
