I just wanna stay in this museum forever. It’s so much fun to create videos in each room. Here is a mini music video to Ariana grandes “stay” #arianagrande #musicvideo #interactiveart #museum #newyork by @k_ricki_getsfit

Went to check out a local Sweat Houz and it was fantastic!!! The private suite you get is amazing. You have 60 minutes to use the infrared sauna with mood lighting, vitamin c shower and a personal cold plunge at a comfortable 48-52 degrees!! I did 40 minutes in the saunas, rinsed quick and then sat for 4 minutes in the cold plunge and then warmed back up in the vitamin c shower! After your 60 minutes you can go use their beauty bar and dry your hair wirh Dyson products! They give you a cooling towel and offer water to stay hydrated. I will definitely be making this a ritual. You burn calories, boost metabolism and restore your body. This is perfect for a day of relaxing or post workout! #swthz #sweathouz #infraredsauna #coldplunge #metime @sweathouz by @k_ricki_getsfit

Spent most my life covered up and finally feeling comfortable in my skin after losing 100 pounds. I may have my insecurities but I’m so far from where I’ve been and I’m so happy to be here right now :) 💪🍑 #transformation #bikinibody #summer #swimsuit #uncovered by @k_ricki_getsfit
