“One of the best leadership presentations I’ve ever been to.”

That’s from someone who’s sat through years of them.

An inspector, investigator and team lead with almost 13 years at the regulatory authority. She’s seen it all.

Slides. Lectures. Checklists.

Then she walked out of my workshop and said it was engaging, interactive and fun.

Fun in a leadership workshop. Rare, right?

Here’s what I know about CEOs, C-suite leaders and senior executives: people don’t change because they were told to. They change when they’re in the room, in the conversation, and part of it.

Tip for your next leadership session: cut the slides in half and double the discussion.

Want your team to leave energized, not just informed? Book a call with me to lead your next workshop and make an impact.

The career you built still looks great on paper. So why does it feel like something is missing?

It’s not because you failed.
It’s because you grew.

I see this in CEOs, C-suite leaders and senior executives all the time.
You don’t want a different life. You just can’t see what the next one looks like yet.

That’s okay. That’s where a plan comes in.

Start here:
➡️ Write down what you’d keep, drop and add to your leadership.
➡️ Pick one decision this week that moves you toward it.

You don’t need the whole picture. You need a place to start.

Book a call with me. Let’s build the plan.

It shows up whether you’ve planned for it or not. And most people spend it reacting, juggling, staying busy, calling that progress.

That’s why the Realignment Session exists.

Before we meet, you’ll complete a short audit so we skip the warm-up and get straight to what matters. In the room, you get direct, strategic feedback. No recycled advice. No fluff. Just a clear read on where you are and what to do next.

Then, after we wrap, you’ll get a written recap, so the clarity doesn’t fade by Monday.

If it feels right, the session carries forward. Enroll in a 3- or 6-month coaching engagement within 30 days, and what you invested comes back to you in full.

This season, don’t just manage it. Be in it.

I’ve sat in those corporate training sessions. I’ve listened to the presentations, completed the exercises, and walked away wondering what was actually going to change.

After nearly two decades in corporate, I know what it’s like to be in rooms where development is discussed, but the deeper conversations about identity, confidence, belonging, and leadership are often left untouched.

That’s exactly why I created my Corporate Training Suite.

I wanted to build something that went beyond checking a box. Something that challenged perspectives, sparked meaningful conversations, and gave people the tools to show up differently, not just professionally, but personally.

Because real transformation doesn’t happen in a room full of slides. It happens when people feel seen, heard, challenged, and empowered to lead as themselves.

This is the kind of corporate training I wish I’d experienced. And now, it’s the experience I’m bringing into organizations ready to do things differently.

You got the seat.

Now you’re editing yourself in it: softening the ask, waiting for the pause, shrinking to keep the room comfortable.

I’ve been there, and it doesn’t fix itself.

If you’re ready to lead as the person who earned the seat, book a discovery call with me. We’ll talk about where you are, what’s cracking and what you want next. No pressure. Just clarity.

Book a call with me and start living purposeful, audacious & real.

This is where ambition meets clarity.

Yesterday I got to do the thing I was put here to do. Twice.

I spoke at the Women in Tourism & Hospitality (WITHorg)Summit 2026 in front of 50+ women who showed up curious about Leadership identity.

What silence costs. The gap between performing leadership and actually inhabiting it.

There were tears shed. Identities shifted, and moments of reflection created.

One moment I was surprised by, a woman came to the morning session and said it was so impactful she wanted to come back for the afternoon. She went to the AI session instead, because her peers told her to join them there; and I’m not mad at it because that’s exactly where she needed to be. But the fact that she even considered coming back?
I felt that.

This was my first time delivering this talk invisible to inevitable and I hope it it is not the last.

And then, my own moment.
Both sessions were I was introduced by two amazing leaders Paul Cahill in the morning and Tracy Ford in the afternoon. I always prep a slide to introduce myself. When they read my bio out loud, partly because I never know if I’m going to be introduced and partly because I always catch myself cringing. shrinking…. Wanting them to just keep it short.

And then I laughed at myself because THAT is the work.
Identity work doesn’t stop. You keep growing. You keep showing up. Even for the coach.

Putting a talk together, holding space for a room full of people, showing up fully not once but twice, takes everything. And I would do it all over again.

To every woman who chose to spend 45 minutes with me yesterday, thank you.

Special shoutout to the following who made the day extra special Azad Bostajian,Lucy, Stuart Greif, Keshia Watson, Alison Hunter, Aimee Jamieson, Isis Lamb, Kalli Sagos, Alison Hunter, Jennifer Montpetit , Kathleen Casino, Rashmi Gamit and countless others.
