I totally missed this when I was “mindset” coaching…

My clients would consistently have massive breakthroughs in our sessions where things would click 💡

And in the moment, it really did feel like something shifted — they’d suddenly understand their patterns in relationships, money, visibility, worth, etc

They’d leave the call feeling lighter, clearer, like “okay, this is it, things are going to be different now”

But then a few weeks later, nothing in their life had actually changed:
Same overthinking decision, hesitation to take action, freeze response when it was time to follow through

I remember feeling so confused about what was not landing because they did gave the awareness

They understood themselves & the beliefs driving their patterns, but understanding wasn’t translating into behavior

What I didn’t fully see at the time is that we were working in the mind, but the body wasn’t coming with us

So clients would feel clear in a session, but then real life would happen & their familiar nervous system responses would take over again:
Tightness in the chest before doing something new that felt riskyDrop in the stomach around money decisionsShutdown when it was time to put themselves out there

Those responses in THE BODY are what actually drive behavior change, not insight or awareness

And once I learned this, the way I supported my clients took a 180

We don’t just talk about the old pattern & replace it with a shiny new belief

We slow that process down in real time & notice what’s happening in the body when it shows up
We work WITH that moment through somatic practices instead of overriding or suppressing it

And what I’ve seen now is a lot less “why is nothing changing even though I’ve done the work” & a lot more “holy moly that changed everything for me”

Because if the body isn’t on board, the old familiar patterning will continue to override what you consciously intend

Inside the Limitless Liberation Collective, we work with all of it together — mind, body & soul — so change doesn’t just make sense in your mind, it actually integrates into how you live, choose & respond in real time

Comment “LIBERATE” & I’ll send you the full details ❤️‍🔥 by @kailey.moonen
