30 DAYS OF MOVEMBER ✨🤍🍂🎧👟🍁

we are LOCKING IN this month with a fun challenge to reset in the midst of the holiday chaos ☕️

I’m challenging all of us to 30 days of MOVEmber:

- move your body in any way you want to!! this is NOT 75 hard. no 45 minute minimum, no location requirements - just you moving however you can EVERY single day! (walking, youtube pilates videos, weightlifting, pickleball - whatever works for YOU!) 👟🏃🏼‍♀️
- we’re figuring out our nutrition this month!! eating WHOLE foods! (enjoy the holidays and parties - the small moments are not what make up the bulk of your nutrition 🤍) prioritize healthy eating at home and that’s how you’ll thrive!!
- read or practice your favorite hobby! we want to live a life of joy so prioritize the things that fill your cup when you can ✨🕊️
- it’s the season of giving thanks and we have SO much to be thankful for. make sure you take a moment to acknowledge your blessings and write them down every day 💛

if you’re in, let me know in the comments!! we start THIS SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST 🍁✨🍂🤍

I am so excited to start this challenge with you!! by @kaileybrown_
