This series explores contrast—not only in color, but in emotion, presence, and form.

Every frame was created with intention.

I’ve spent the past few months sitting with this project, not because it wasn’t finished, but because I wanted to make sure it represented where I’m headed creatively.

Every decision—from the lighting and styling to the smallest details—was made with intention.

Sometimes you have to travel back to the roots. 🌿
I made the trip to see an old friend and incredibly talented loctician to get my locs refreshed before a special celebration. From a full detox and scalp massage to improve circulation, to repairing a few locs that had been tugged on — the level of care and precision was exceptional.

Grateful for true professionals who take pride in their craft.
