My time w @haides.shop to date. I got into this industry chasing a career, I stay in the industry for the culture. Working within this brand and alongside these people has shown me there’s so much more than just business to protect. The people, the relationships, the community. Protecting those things is just as important, if not more important, than the business itself. We work in such a community-driven industry. Without our clients, our coworkers, and the culture we all relate and bond over, this industry wouldn’t be what it is today. Forever grateful to be growing in such an amazing house, serving such an amazing community, and surrounded by creatives. by @kalen.cut.it

This is a little glimpse of how I structure my consultations. I always try to understand a bit about your lifestyle, does the style we’re aiming for fit and how can we adjust it to do so aswell as tackling problem areas you normally struggle with. Emilio used to be a barber, he’s moved onto sales now so it was time to get him into a more professional look. My Barbering journey —> Before anything else, i’d like to thank anyone whos sat in my chair at any point n time in my career & everyone on the team @haides.shop i am proud to announce that i have been given then opportunity to step into a senior barber role! the past 3 almost 4 years have been a f***ing roller coaster… in school full time + 40hr work weeks, 7 days a week barbering for 2 years. Now finally stepping into a role with more responsibility, better pace, great people and most importantly. doing what I love. At no easy cost of sleepless nights and pouring out everything into this journey I can finally see where it is taking me and man there is just no greater feeling than being able to show the family back home what’s to come. But. At the end of it all my love for what I do and the people I get to help doing it, only grows stronger. I promise to continue elevating my services, skills and taking care of everyone who sits in my chair. as I continue to invest into this career and grow, my standards will always follow suit and grow as well. Anyways, that’s my Ted talk for the day. Thank you guys, all of you. For listening, supporting And just showing up. 🔒🙏🏼 starting on october 10th: Haircut & Style - $60 Haircut + Beard - $75 by @kalen.cut.it

Styling is where the whole cut comes to life. This doesn’t just mean product, it means wearability. The way it suits your clients lifestyle, the way it brings out their features. Yes sometimes it’s for a showcase to enhance focal points but other times it’s simply just to teach your client how to wear it on their day to day. by @kalen.cut.it
