Haven’t performed live rap since 7th grade, much less an original verse lol

Futures bright with this group. Be on the lookout for more work, we’re just getting started.

What a day…got my degree in the mail, found out I passed my licensure exam…had to have a lil treat of course #blessed by @kaleo_kaizen

I’ve performed in musical theater as a teen, played in both classic guitar and vocal ensembles in college, worked as a music teacher for several years, and grew up like most of us Hawai’i kids with musical ohana do - all day kanikapila with family and friends.

I’ve never been a true solo/duet performer, because I was blessed to be part of groups phenomenal artists and musicians (shout out FTF and Funk Buddies), and art has always been a collective experience for me. I made the choice to stay in the background time and again, to float in a comfort zone of sorts. I don’t necessarily enjoy the spotlight, I just like making music!

On October 17th, I’m taking a big personal step, and putting myself out there alongside @steph.8 . While this may be a debut for her, this is a return to form for me, after choosing to be inactive for 5 years. I’m grateful that we are able to meet in the middle of our artistic journey, that Steph pushed me to get on stage, and that we can perform for you. My goal is to inspire and encourage others in their own artistry, because as the late and great Bob Marley said “One good thing about music - when it hits you, you feel no pain”

Tickets are on sale now at vntg.inc

We’ll see you then 🤙🏼 by @kaleo_kaizen

First “long run” of the plan down

Shout out @johncgraves for keeping it crunchy by @kaleo_kaizen

My heart is heavy, but only because it’s so full.

After nearly 8 years of making pizza (on and off), I am officially stepping out of the kitchen. My last day was 8/9/26.

J Dolan’s, Repetti’s, Pizza Mamo, Brick Fire Tavern, Pacifico, and Boston Style Pizza…what a journey it has been. I met wonderful people along the way, endured many challenges, and became the best pizzaiolo I could be.

The first pizza I ever made was a rushed Spinach and Garlic when @wish161 had to take a bathroom break and I was alone in the shop lol

Fitting that the last pizza I ever make to order is also a Spinach and Garlic. Life is a wheel, she’s cyclic in nature.

All love. by @kaleo_kaizen

Duality of Man

Going between Outpatient and Aquatic PT was an awesome experience, enjoyed every bit of my clinicals til the very end.

Hit up Makiki Valley Trail system with the Mountain Goat @johncgraves

Didn’t have time for the planned 11miles but the elevation did the trick I’d say.
