Calm doesn't mean quiet.

Kalmer Kids run five-hour drop-off holiday days that blend forest-school nature exploration with meditation, movement and gratitude. Playful, calming days that help children name big feelings and build resilience.

Mindful Nature Camp with @kalmerkids
Full day drop-off, ages 4 to 8, school holidays

We love them because they give children something so many of us wish we'd had: the tools to understand how they feel, learned outside in the fresh air.

Find them on our Clubs page, and become a Founding Member for first sight of dates and member offers: fountainclub.co.uk/register

Our cargo bike pick-ups aren't on the road yet, but they're coming soon. Help us get there by pledging before 30 October. Back us via the link in our bio.

Delighted to be featured as an Ask the Expert in Absolutely Education, sharing simple tools to help children understand their emotions, build confidence and find calm.

Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at Kalmer Kids 💛 by @kalmerkids

Kalmer Kids Camps

At Kalmer Kids Camps, children learn tools to understand and manage their big feelings through play, creativity and connection.

Across the day we explore mindfulness games, calming tools, teamwork challenges, arts & crafts, storytelling and outdoor play - helping children build confidence, resilience and emotional awareness.

We’ve loved running camps in Chelsea and Kensington, supporting little ones to grow in a space that feels safe, fun and empowering.

Kalmer Kids Events & Parties

Our events and parties are designed to be fun, stimulating and engaging - without leaving children wired or overwhelmed.

Through games, creative activities and playful mindfulness tools, children laugh, move, create and connect while gently learning about their feelings and wellbeing.

We’ve loved bringing Kalmer Kids to families, members’ clubs, schools and festivals, working with partners including Netflix, Jaego’s House, Daylesford, Frameless and The JJ Club.

✨ Sound Explorers with Lizzie from Anicca Sound ✨
Today we had the amazing Lizzie from @aniccasound visit Kalmer Kids for the most magical, interactive sound bath 🌈🔔

The children were so proud identifying the sounds they loved and describing where they felt the vibrations in their bodies — from tummies to toes to chests 💫 Some even drifted off to sleep mid-session (true relaxation goals 😴💗)

They left feeling calm, connected and deeply chilled. What a dreamy way to explore how sound can soothe our feelings and bring us back to balance 🌀

Thank you so much, Lizzie — we can’t wait to have you back!

We loved our Colour Monster event at FRAMELESS 🌈✨ If you’re visiting the immersive art experience this Easter holiday, as well as the four permanent Galleries you’ll be able to step inside the pages of The Colour Monster, the perfect way to explore feelings with your little ones and practice calming tools while you’re there 💛🐣

For Anger ❤️
Try Rock Stars - squeeze hands into tight fists, then open them wide into stars, releasing the tension.

For Fear 🩶
Practice breathing in deeply and making your body feel bigger than the fear, followed by affirmations like:
I am brave. I am strong. I am kind.

For Sadness 💙
At home, try Cuddly Toy Meditation - place a cuddly toy on your little one’s belly and watch it rise and fall with each breath.

Kalmer Kids Summer Camp - Week 3 ☀️💛

What a week! From water play and garden adventures to meditation, sound baths, crafts, games and LOTS of giggles 🌈

We’ve been exploring big feelings, practising our calming tools, building confidence and kindness, and making some very sweet new friendships along the way.

The children have planted, painted, created, played, breathed, stretched, danced and laughed their way through another gorgeous week at Kalmer Kids 🥹

And somehow… we only have two weeks of summer camp left!

A magical collaboration with @netflixuk at @framelessldn for @traindreamsfilm set within an immersive forest environment.

In partnership with @calm guests were guided through a sleep-story-inspired soundscape, followed by a deeply grounding sound bath led by the wonderful @anicca.sound.

So grateful to everyone who joined us 💚 by @kalmerkids

☀️ What a wonderful first week at Kalmer Kids Summer Camp! 💛🌈

We laughed, created, explored, made new friends, splashed in the water, practised calming tools, and watched so many little smiles and confidence grow.

From yoga and mindful moments to obstacle courses, creative crafts, stories, and water play, every day was filled with fun while helping children build emotional resilience, kindness, and confidence.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful families for trusting us with your little ones - we’ve loved every minute. 💚

Week 2, here we come! 🌿✨
