Tampa!!!! Wow what a race. First time I felt like I really belonged in the PRO division. In Miami and Vegas I was merely surviving on grit and determination. @sainteezekiel and I focused on strength these past 6 months and I improved my time by 6 minutes +. #strengthfixeseverything. Thank you to my live race coach @lisa.zelenak for being the only person I trust to vocalize anything to me during a race. Shout out to my mom @francesfeinberg for making the trip and seeing her first race. Next up Vegas in March by @kambo3x3

As Hyrox Tampa closes in this week, I have to take a moment to reflect on my journey which led me here today and thank a very special someone. I met @sainteezekiel my first day @legacynodaysoff Wynwood back in January of 2024. Ezekiel had a different type of demeanor and vibe unlike anyone I had ever met. When he walked in the gym, you felt his presence. I started taking his classes that year at Legacy. Ezekiel’s classes were different. Not just because of the level of difficulty, but from what this man put into his students. He would line us up after our warm up laps outside, and while we did body weight squats, he would go down the line one by one addressing each person by their last name, and ask each and every one of us why we were there. He would preach life into us and deliver sermons straight from above. It was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before in a sports setting from any coach ever. This man believed I could get to where I am today way before I did and he instilled that belief in me over time and would ultimately become my trainer this year. I don’t know what the future holds after this race as far as my training goes. But I do know I am beyond lucky to have had this man come into my life when he did. He taught me to trust the process and to never doubt myself. Thank you my guy! Much love forever 🖤🐅 @monarch.mvt by @kambo3x3

I had the honor and privilege to speak @foundationkennedykids 5k run today at Barry University on mental health and raising awareness for teen suicide prevention. If you told me 6 years ago that today I would be speaking to others about mental health and fitness I would never have believed you. G-d is good! If you are struggling with your own mental health you are not alone. Keep fighting and know that tomorrow is a new day and change is possible. I am living proof of that. by @kambo3x3

For those looking for a #Hyrox specific run club in Miami. I am starting a new run club very similar to the old Rox fit club. IYKYK. Runners of all levels are welcome. I will give all the details soon but anyone interested can reach out to me in the mean time if you are interested in leveling up your running game. by @kambo3x3

A lot can change in a year if you put in the work. Big shout out to the whole @legacynodaysoff family and my day one coach @sainteezekiel by @kambo3x3
