Voting will always remind me of my friend! Grandma didn't like to drive (at some point, I wasn't convinced she could drive but she showed me! In a culdesac 🤣) so once we got our licences, we were driving Mrs. Emma Frances to EVERY election and even before that, we were standing in line, learning about civic duty.

I know how you girls like to tussle, but y'all need to get in the voting booth! Tonight for my girl @artofchar on @nbcthevoice (on tt and text!) AND tomorrow for... democracy 🫠🫡 by @kamexplainsitall

I won't be on time, but I'll be insanely cute and have a lot of interesting and/or devastating facts to share. Toss up on what comes out first though 🤷🏾‍♀️

One of the first things I learned about neurotypicals when I got diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago is that y'all actually FEEL time passing and I'm sorry... WHAT!? I started recording myself doing tasks and do you know the stuff I swore took 5 minutes actually takes 18? Turns out "5 minutes" just means easy and low effort to my brain. We're just 3 side quests in a trench. Y'all got some more of that dopamine!? *Tyrone Biggums neck scratch* by @kamexplainsitall

Posted this last year... I remain correct in all of my assessments! Now that it's FINALLY cooled down... I suppose it's time for me to start putting that ish on. Prepare the others, beloveds 😌

Trap Karaoke owes us absolutely NOTHING! Well except for maybe lyrics on the damn screen 😅

My little sister and our girls surprised me frfr on Friday! Fran got me to the venue and I STILL had no idea! Then the girls kept showing up one by one after she ASSURED me it was just a sister hang. Well I guess it really was a sister hang 😭😭

So what we doing next weekend, yall!?!

Have I been "editing" this video since April? Sure. But y'all can mine your own businessssss 😒

My hair traumas as numerous and varied (shout out to creamy crack, 4c hair in a family of 4As at best, natural hair YouTube of the 2000s, and going to PWIs 🫠). But I'm in my 30s now dammit. We're figuring this thing out! One pixie cut and roller set (or is it technically a rod set?!) at a time 💁🏾‍♀️

In my 20s, I used to tell myself while I was getting ready, scream singing, and pregamming with Four Lokos (you had to be there 😅) that was I was going to be soooo quiet when we went out. So mysterious! Then next thing I know, I'm telling a bathroom full of girls I've never met about that one time in typing class in 7th grade, the time I awkwardly tried to hug my APUSH teacher (looking back on it... she was maybe autistic and omg I still feel so bad 😭😅) and that time freshman year of college when I accidently typed the guys name I was kinda sorta talking to into the Google search bar except it was actually the Facebook status bar. From my phone. In my new dorm. The wifi was bad. The mobile interface was bad. It stayed up from HOURS until I could get to my laptop 😬😭

Them kids' break is over, but summer is yet alive... Let us all govern ourselves accordingly!

And in the 13 (leave me alone need) days it took me to post this, I went to New York, saw two new musicals, almost didn't get tickets to BRBF, and started training for a 10k. I'm outside so imma need y'all to be too!

Yes, this was in March. And yes, I ran a whole ass other race a month later. Who even is she!?

Just to clarify... I didn't ACTUALLY sit down! Physically I was still moving. But mentally? I took a damn stadium full of seats 🫠

I shall never again start a race in the middle of the pack! When I say I was winded at 4 minutes in trying to keep up with these SPEED RACERS!? I ended up waaayyyy in the back and finished. Only about 20 people finished after me. And you know what? I really didn't care! I was so proud of myself 😭 by @kamexplainsitall

Did y'all miss me!?

And yes. I am absolutely back on my bullshit. Please clap 😌💁🏾‍♀️

Chaffing when we wear skirts or dresses!? NOT ON MY WATCH! #thighsocietypartner

Girly pops, this is the summer that we stop choosing our outfits based on how much our legs run together! We're wearing whatever, whenever and wearing @thighsociety on every single vacation, side quest, and random living room dance party ALL👏🏾SUMMER👏🏾LONG👏🏾

Some of you youths gave never owned a denim jacket. And it shows I fear 😔

The one thing I meant to talk about is how I picked my dress because it's got a Bavarian, dirndl vibe which goes right along with The Sound of Music (the musical we saw last night!). So why did I proceed to talk about EVERYTHING but that!? I was even gonna show y'all some photos of when I lived in the Bavarian Alps and only be slightly annoying about it 😭
