Help me with the backgroud of this figurative oil painting. I want to keep it bold and colorful.
Almost there...just have to add some glazes and do the background.

This new oil painting is part of my ongoing series, Moments from Life. The series explores simple moments that may seem ordinary on the surface but hold deeper emotions and personal experiences.
Working primarily in figurative oil painting, I use the human figure, body language, and everyday interactions to explore the emotional undercurrents of ordinary life.

Over the years, I’ve explored different creative fields, followed countless ideas, and experimented with various forms of expression. Each experience taught me something new and brought me closer to understanding who I am as an artist. Today, I’ve found my true calling in figurative oil painting—a medium that feels deeply connected to my artistic vision and the way I see the world.

Painting and recording at the same time is so difficult 😫 but I will not give up and learn to do both... here is the sneak peek to the figurative oil painting I am making. It's almost complete just have to add texture to denim. And decide about the bold yellow background lolsss.

From yellow ground to real skin 💛 still a long way to go but loving this hand study.

I’m thoroughly enjoying the process of bringing this painting to life. The striking interplay of vibrant red and deep blue against warm yellow creates an immediate visual contrast, drawing the viewer’s eye and adding depth, energy, and intrigue to the composition.

There is nothing more satisfying then seeing your painting coming to life. Study of hands and feet.

Every artwork is more than just a painting; it is a reflection of the artist who brings it to life. Behind every creation lies a thought, an emotion, a memory, or a moment of inspiration that finds its way onto the canvas.
Each brushstroke carries a story, every colour expresses a feeling, and every detail holds a piece of the artist’s inner world. Sometimes, a painting captures a fleeting moment; other times, it reveals emotions that words cannot fully express.
Art is not merely about what we see on the canvas, but also about what we feel, remember, and discover within it. It is a deeply personal journey—a silent conversation between the artist, the artwork, and those who experience it.
Because every painting holds more than an image; it holds a part of the soul that created it. 🎨
