A little time away! 🖤 I’ll be out of the spa October 30–November 8. I still have a few openings before I leave, so be sure to grab your appointment while you can! See you soon! ❤️ by @karabskin
🐦‍⬛ Back In Stock! 🐦‍⬛ One of my all-time favorites from NEOVA is back in stock — the 5-Second Daily Peel Cell Renewing Alpha-Beta-Retinol Pads. I personally love using these at night because they leave my skin with such a beautiful, instant glow. Each box contains 30 pre-dosed pads, and when I say these pads are saturated, I mean it! There’s plenty of solution to treat your face, neck, décolleté AND the backs of your hands… don’t waste a drop. 🖤 A simple little step that combines alpha + beta exfoliation with retinol to help smooth, brighten and renew the look of your skin. If you’ve been wanting something easy to add to your nighttime routine for that fresh, healthy glow, these are one of my favorites. Before bed I… •Cleanse •Use peel pad (face, neck, chest and hands) •Let dry (I brush my teeth while it’s drying) •Apply moisturizer. Easy! Now back in stock at Blackbird Harmony Spa. 🖤 by @karabskin
Found this gem today. 😂 Paxton, age 6, very confidently explaining the layers of the skin. Was he correct? Absolutely not. Was he confident? 100%. Thank goodness, he has it down a little bit better now that he is 16 years old. Ha! #layersoftheskin #boymom #franklinspa by @karabskin
Repost! Lymphatic Drainage helps move excess fluid and supports your skin’s natural detoxification process. 🐦‍⬛ Reduces puffiness 🐦‍⬛ Helps define facial contours 🐦‍⬛ Supports healthy circulation 🐦‍⬛ Encourages toxin and fluid removal 🐦‍⬛ May ease sinus congestion and facial pressure 🐦‍⬛ Gives skin a healthy and radiant glow A perfect add-on to your HydraFacial or Custom Facial. HydraFacial™ Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle vacuum technology to help stimulate lymphatic flow across the face and neck. It allows me to move lymph more efficiently than manual techniques alone.🖤 #BlackbirdHarmonySpa #FranklinTN #HydraFacial #LymphaticDrainage by @karabskin
NEW at Blackbird Harmony Spa! I’ve been so excited to finally introduce BioRePeelCl₃® BLUE! After trying it on myself, I completely understand why people are talking about this treatment. Here’s what I noticed: * My skin looked like GLASS for the first 2–3 days. * It felt incredibly smooth, tight and hydrated. * Around days 3–7, I had some light flaking as fresh, healthy skin was revealed underneath. I actually love that it gives your skin a reset without the intense peeling many people associate with chemical peels. BioRePeel can help improve: • Fine lines & wrinkles • Sun damage • Uneven skin tone • Acne & congestion • Enlarged pores • Rough texture • Dull skin ✔️ Minimal downtime ✔️ Safe year-round with proper SPF ✔️ Suitable for most skin types ✔️ Leaves skin brighter, smoother and glowing 🐦‍⬛ Introductory Special 🐦‍⬛ Normally $250 Now only $179 for a limited time. If you’ve been thinking about refreshing your skin before fall, this is the perfect treatment to start with. Message me with questions or book online. I’d love to help you see what this peel can do for your skin. #BioRePeel #GlassSkin #franklintn #BlackbirdHarmonySpa #franklinspa by @karabskin
A quick girls’ weekend in New York reminded me of something we often forget as women: spending time with friends is good for the soul. Life gets busy. We take care of everyone else, run businesses, raise families and keep all the wheels in motion. I have found that the best self-care is simply laughing, exploring new places, marking off things on your bucket list and making memories with people who fill your cup. ♥️ by @karabskin
I put together a list of my favorite things I use in the spa. 🤍 For everyone who’s ever asked me for a link… this is for you. Nothing sponsored. Just what I actually love. 2.5 minutes… I know 😅 I made it quick and a little chaotic but hopefully still helpful. I’ll leave the storefront link in the comments + my bio. 📌 A few extra notes on some items I didn’t have time to fully explain: • Micro-swabs + “Lippy” I use these instead of Q-tips—especially around the eyes. No annoying lint getting stuck in lashes. • Jade roller / Gua Sha / eye + face masks Keep in the fridge or freezer for that extra cooling effect. • Cold globes Pop in the freezer so the liquid inside freezes - they stay cold longer. • Disposable sponges So good for travel. They’re paper-thin until wet, and I don’t have to worry about ruining someone’s white washcloth with mascara 😅 • Rosehip seed oil Perfect for facial massage or Gua Sha - gives slip, absorbs well, not greasy. • Jojoba oil + shea butter Jojoba is closest to our skin’s natural oil. Shea butter is thicker… warm it up in your hands first. You can mix in essential oils if you want a light scent. • Exfoliating gloves Great for the body regularly. I use very lightly on the face 1–2x/week. Skip if you’re sensitive… and go gentle on lips. Everything else is pretty self-explanatory, but if you have questions about anything, just ask. Also, any other suggestions to add to my list? 🖤 by @karabskin
Heading out of town. 😁 Go ahead and book now! Xo by @karabskin
This is my 16 year old, Paxton. Hormones are kicking in and they’ve done a number on him with acne. Funny how teens won’t let you near their face at home… but in the treatment room, they trust the process. Teen acne facials are so important because: • Extractions are done safely (no scarring) • Pores are deeply cleaned out • Skin is rehydrated (not stripped) • Blue LED helps calm bacteria + inflammation Consistency is everything with teen skin. 😉 #teenfacial #blackbirdharmonyspa #franklintn #franklinspa #extractions by @karabskin
My morning music journey: Gym: Korn – Blind (gets me pumped!) Spa: Flicka Roe – Coffee Breath (gets me calm and focused) Keeping me balanced. 😊 #korn #flickaroe #balance by @karabskin

I get asked ALL the time about the little things I use in the spa so I made it easy! My Amazon Storefront is live with my favorite oils, tools, cozy spa essentials and even shoes I wear and have been asked about. 😊 👉 Link in bio to see it all! ♥️ #amazonstorefront #blackbirdharmonyspa by @karabskin
