LOWER BODY | HINGE DAY 🦍

Deload week doesn’t mean taking a step backward. It’s about allowing the body to recover, reinforcing movement patterns, and preparing for the next phase of training.

Today we’re dialing back the intensity, focusing on controlled reps, quality movement, and proper execution.

Remember: Progress isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about knowing when to do less so you can come back stronger.

Train with purpose. Recover with intention. Build for longevity.
