I used to do 10-step routines — serums, acids, masks, tools I didn't understand. And my skin? Still puffy. Still dull. Still stressed.

I didn’t come from beauty, skincare, chemistry, or entrepreneurship.

I wasn’t influenced by how things were “supposed” to be done. I approached skincare more through the lens of biology, wellness, inflammation, and overall health instead of just surface-level beauty trends.

A lot of what I’ve learned came from curiosity, research, mistakes, asking questions, and trying to deeply understand the problem I was solving.

Summer skin needs a different approach. ☀️

The warmer months are usually when skin feels more overstimulated, reactive, puffy, and depleted — especially from constant heat exposure, lymphatic stagnation, alcohol, dehydration, travel, and poor sleep.

That’s why we focus more on cooling, calming, depuffing, hydration, and supporting the skin barrier during summer.
