Everyone asked - bas ek medal hi to milta hai kya marathon aur running me rakha hai!

What i got via running…
1) Discipline- when you have to wake up at 4AM just to go and run and train. That’s discipline and I need not explain the value of discipline in life.

2) Mental resilience- ever tried running 42 km in a row. When you train for long distances, your mind gets trained for the tough situations in life

3) Overthinking managed - after a certain point your mind goes numb and you get rid of overthinking and feel simple.

4) Fit body Sound mind - no one has to tell what running does to your cardiac health and endurance. That’s when. You realise the fitness is not only for aesthetics but for function too!

5) Meeting community - You always start running alone, but you never end up alone, but with a lot of like minded people who you want to share your Sunday breakfasts with like I do with my group @karnalstriders

21 KM DONE. 🔥 The first 9K was patience, the next 12K was power. Every step proved that when you stay focused, push through the pain, and trust the process, you become stronger than yesterday. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just discipline, consistency and the hunger to keep moving forward. 🏃‍♂️💪🔥 #running #instarunner #runnersofinstagram #gym #runningcommunity @pumaindia @delhihalfmarathon @scorunning by @karnalstriders
