☕️ HAPPY INTERNATIONAL COFFEE DAY!

Whether you like your coffee light, medium, or dark, we’ve got a French press waiting for you at Karuna. Our coffee is sourced from Wüfyre Coffee Roasters, a small-batch roaster focused on high-quality beans and bringing out the unique flavors of each origin. ☕️✨

☕️ CLASSIC COFFEE
Rich, bold & comforting. Choose your roast: light, medium or dark.

🌿 CHICORY COFFEE
Woody, nutty & naturally mellow. A coffee alternative with prebiotic inulin, making it a great choice for those looking for something a little gentler and more balanced.

🍄 MUSHROOM COFFEE
Our house blend of Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Chaga & Cordyceps, brewed with your choice of coffee or chicory. A functional twist on your daily brew, with mushrooms traditionally enjoyed for supporting focus, stamina & overall wellness.

All served as a 24oz French press ✨

Karuna fam, which brew are you picking? 👀🌴

🚨 Before anyone panics... no, we didn't fire Ana.

The only thing she's fired up about is building an incredible community here at Karuna Kava & Tea in Meridian.

Many of you may already recognize Ana from our Garden City location, where she's been a cherished part of the Karuna family for quite some time. Now we're excited to officially welcome her as the manager of our Meridian location, where she'll continue creating the same warm, intentional space so many of you have come to love.

Outside the bar, Ana is a certified professional life coach, spiritual mentor, and embodiment guide who is passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves and live with greater purpose and intention. One of Ana's greatest gifts is making people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for—and that warmth is something everyone who meets her gets to experience.

Whether she's crafting your favorite shell, offering a listening ear, or creating space for meaningful connection, Ana brings her whole heart to our community.

We're incredibly grateful to have her leading our Meridian family. Next time you're in, be sure to introduce yourself and give Ana a warm Bula! 🧡 by @karunakavameridian

What if your favorite form of therapy was simply giving yourself permission to slow down?

Imagine your shoulders relaxing, your thoughts getting quieter, and remembering what it feels like to simply be. 🌿✨

Let Karuna be your little escape from the everyday.
