there is potential in everything. and in everyone. this house was challenging to work with - odd layouts, dated tile throughout… and so much potential… and the views to die for. it was incredibly satisfying to witness it reveal its beauty with a few temporary treatments to give the potential buyers some ideas of what is possible. beyond grateful to my team of superheroes who made it happen, to sweet and kind homeowners who trusted me wholeheartedly, to all the collaborators who enhanced all the spaces with their beautiful creations, to the patient listing agent who gave me time and space to create. thank you! art by incredibly talented @shannonraefincke by @kassa.home

sold before we could blink. $500k over asking. these lovely homeowners did all the right things: renovated just right, not skimping on the quality materials and leaving the character pieces untouched, hired a landscape designer to turn the backyard into an oasis, and when it was time to sell, moved out to let the team they trusted do what they know how to do. congratulations to the sellers and the buyers! overjoyed to be a part of this, yet another, success story. listed and sold by @theskeltongroup by @kassa.home
