POSTS STORIES REELS

Time to reintroduce myself✨

I’m Kat, a registered nutritional therapist working 1:1 online and in-person at @clinic.124 in Whitstable, Kent.

I help with gut health, skin, hormones and more complex or autoimmune cases, always looking at the whole you, mind and body. No one-size-fits-all approach, everything is tailored and personalised.

One thing to mention…. it’s just me here 🙋🏻‍♀️ A real person, sharing real things, with no social media growth hacks or tricks. In this age of AI accounts and bots running the comment sections, it’s good to keep it real! So if you’re here, I really do appreciate it, and I feel proud to have hit 1,500 on this page 🥰

ICYI I love home cooking 🥘 , lifting weights to support me through perimenopause 💪, breathwork to keep me emotionally regulated 🌬️, sunset walks by the sea 🌅, and I’m a mum of 3 ♥️

If you’re thinking about working together, pop me a DM or use the link in my bio to book a free discovery call 😃

And if you’ve read this far (thank you 😉) , I’d love to know what brought you here to my account - tell me below! ⬇️ 🫶

Ps this backdrop is Emerald Lake in Canada, how beautiful ?! 😍

Most people come to me with a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. But what they don’t expect is how many other areas of their life begin to shift when we work together✨

Yes, we address the psoriasis, the PCOS, the gut issues, or the migraines.

But what they often gain is so much more. And very often, the words I hear are:
‘I feel like I’ve got my life back!’ That’s the best feeling for both the client, and for me! Because I don’t just do symptom management, but whole-person whole-body support.

If you’re wondering whether nutritional therapy could help with your symptoms or diagnoses, I offer a free discovery call. You can find the link in my bio, or drop me a DM 💌

Hi! This is me @kat.piotrowski.nutrition and @carli.thorpe in the clinic at @clinic.124 😊👋

We hosted a FREE drop in session - a chance for people to come and talk to us about what we do and how we can help…. And we LOVED meeting those who dropped by!

It’s World Psoriasis Day 2026 🫶

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated condition that can affect energy, sleep, mood and confidence. It’s far more than ‘just a skin condition’.

These photos are shared with the kind permission of a client who has been working with me alongside her medical care. I’m SO happy for her. Her progress hasn’t been linear (it never is!), but she has noticed a real shift in her skin as well as in other areas of her health.

This is one person’s experience, and everyone’s journey is different…

In clinic I look at the whole person: nutrition, stress, sleep, gut health, the mind-body connection and so much more. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, which is why working 1:1 can make such a difference.

If you’re living with psoriasis or another chronic skin condition and would like to chat, drop me a DM and I’ll send you the link to book a free discovery call✨

Yes the seasons and weather are changing but that means so are the veggies✨🙌🎊

This beautiful cavolo nero will always remind me of my days at The River Cafe where it would be made into a simple but decadent rich pasta sauce, with new season’s olive oil. I can taste it just thinking about it! 😋

These dark leafy greens are a great source of fibre to support digestion and gut health, plus vitamins C, K, and folate - which each have their important roles in the body.

A simple and easy way to cook this is to strip the leaves from the stems, gently steam them until tender and then dress with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and season with sea salt and cracked pepper. Serve on the side of any meal and perhaps you’ve added a new vegetable into your diet which your gut microbes will appreciate! (They love a variety of plants, not just the same ones over and over again 😉)

Drop me a comment if you already eat cavolo nero or if you’d be tempted to try it 💬🙏🤍
