✨ Embracing Transformation ✨

I’ve recently entered a profound transition, revealing a gift I’ve kept hidden for too long. This journey has drawn me closer to God and Jesus, resulting in miraculous changes in my life. Beautiful souls, both in my church and online, have crossed my path, resonating with purpose and shared destiny.

One remarkable connection is with a soul sister who instantly recognized my gifts. Together, we’re on a mission to help humanity awaken to its inner potential. For years, I’ve had the ability to clear blocked energy, and my family has called me “healing hands.” But it wasn’t until I worked with clients that I truly witnessed the miraculous results. 🙌

Here are some transformative outcomes my clients have experienced:
- ❤️‍🩹 Healing of family lineage
- ❤️‍🩹 Transformation of reality
- ❤️‍🩹 Rapid manifestations
- ❤️‍🩹 Healing of past traumas
- ❤️‍🩹 Improvement in relationships
- ❤️‍🩹 Attracting miracles and abundance

Feedback like “I’m glowing!” and “I feel utterly amazing!” fills my heart with joy. 🌟

I feel blessed to share these experiences and am ready to offer my services to a broader audience. Let’s embark on this journey together! 💖

12 days ago I started a deep Heavy Metal & Parasite Cleanse. I used an amazing product in September of last year which is anti-parasitic but even though I felt incredible my intuition was screaming at me, saying "Kat, you need to restrict your diet too" as parasites FEED off refined sugar and heavy metal which are in literally everything nowadays.

As I was receptive to this message, God literally placed a good friend of mine online who had, you guessed it, just started a deep cleanse with a guy called Tommy Hicks.

I contacted Tommy and agreed to be part of his next round.

It's intense at first if you're a foodie like I am as the following are a No No:

❌️Meat
❌️Fish
❌️Dairy
❌️Seafood
❌️Wheat/Bread/Pasta
❌️Refined sugar
❌️Bananas/Oranges/Apples

There are many other no no's, too many to list here but anything with a high natural sugar content.

Everything is super clean. No tea and coffee either.

I had a headache for the first few days but this is common with die off symptoms.

But I feel great and I feel totally cleansed. My brain fog has gone, but the best part of all of this for me is that it has rewired my brain in regards to the food we consume and how much we actually need and for this i am utterly grateful.

The cleanse suppressed my appetite and most days I really only wanted or needed two meals a day!

It just shows you how parasites and UPFs make you hungrier! I'm glad to have killed them off, no one uses my system without paying rent! 🤣

I'm proud of myself for sticking it out, and staying extremely disciplined and even cooking three different types of meals for the family most evenings!

For now, I'm going to maintain the eradication of refined sugar in my diet and head back on my other healing product for general wellbeing until my next cleanse with Tommy and Co! Set to be April time if anyone else is up for it?

I can't wait to conduct my first healing/coaching session since this cleanse as I already feel as though I can hold so much more light!

Onwards and upwards xx

Ps: the photos are a collection of a few of my meals which are totally clean!

Last year wasn’t all light and ease — and I want to be honest about that.

2025 was the Year of the Snake, and it asked me to shed.
Old identities.
Outgrown ways of working.
Beliefs I didn’t realise I was still carrying.

As a universal 9 year, it brought endings, challenges, and deep reflection — financially, emotionally, spiritually.

But it also brought REBIRTH.

I found my way back to church.
Back to God.
Back to my body.

I began using my healing abilities on myself for the first time, explored homeopathy, and took a deeper interest in nourishment and cleansing — physically and energetically. The brain fog lifted. My body softened. My spirit felt clearer.

I’m still in the shedding — but now I can feel the return.

As we move toward the Year of the Fire Horse, my prayer is simple:
More flow. More movement. More joy for my family and I.

Sometimes rebirth isn’t loud.
Sometimes it’s quiet, sacred, and deeply personal ✨

How was your year?

So much has been happening here lately that I haven't had chance to tell you all.

I've joined forces with two amazing health businesses to support my clients medicinally and also on a maintaining wellbeing perspective too.

I have been reading about the amazing work that these businesses are doing to help heal us physically and I wanted to be able to offer a product to my clients after our Christ Consciousness Healing & Guidance sessions to support them on their journey.

I have also been taking these products for a Parasite Cleanse and to clear up a couple of skin complaints and it has done just that among other things which I didn't expect! 😁💟

Aside from the product offering, the healing sessions have been incredible.

My last client, saw an entity leave their body in a huge ball of white light and disappear into the ethers.

They were immediately shifted.

This is the power of the Christ Consciousness Healing frequency. I am merely a channel but the results leave me astounded.

You don't have to be sick to learn about this, energy clearing and raising of your frequency is 100% real and we ALL need an energy clearing from time to time as we absorb so much every, single, day.

I feel AMAZING after delivering these sessions too.

I will be opening up a group soon to talk more on Holistic Health and Christ Consciousness Healing sessions, to also deliver mini complimentary taster sessions too and to speak the TRUTH on what is going on in the world and what you can do to support you and your family through these changing times.

If you are curious and would like to learn/know more, comment 'HEAL' below and I will invite you once the group is up and running.

It’s time for some truth, beautiful soul.

Turning your life around doesn’t have to be hard. Not even a little bit. Anyone who tells you it’s supposed to be a constant uphill battle… isn’t approaching transformation the right way. ✨

What you do need is the right guidance. Support that understands not just your mind, but your heart, your soul, and the patterns that have been holding you back.

That’s why I created Christ Conscious Re-connection a safe, sacred space where you can release the heaviness, reconnect to your higher self, and step into alignment without the struggle. 💫

Inside, I hold space as your guide. Together, we clear what no longer serves you and activate the part of you that already knows freedom, lightness, and joy.

♥ You don’t have to do this alone.
♥ You don’t have to fight with yourself to heal.
♥ You don’t have to stay stuck in cycles that don’t belong to you.

I’m on your side. Always. The question is… are YOU ready to be on your own side too?

Drop 'HEAL' in the comments if you’re ready to finally show up for yourself and choose freedom. 🌈

Note: this is where my Hubby & I married but when I protect and channel the Christ Consciousness frequency, I envelope you in this sparkling white, crystalline divine white light similar to this image so you are totally safe and protected.

I often share that small shifts create massive transformation… but let me explain why that matters so much.

When you’re stuck in cycles of grief, anxiety, or heaviness, it’s easy to believe you need one “big fix” to change your life.

But transformation isn’t about one giant leap. It’s about tiny, soul-aligned choices that slowly free you from the weight you’ve been carrying;

☀Every time you choose stillness over stress, you open the door to clarity
☀Every time you release one heavy thought, you create space for lightness
☀Every time you honor your energy instead of ignoring it, you strengthen your connection to your higher self

Those shifts add up.

They ripple outward.

And before you know it, you’re no longer living in the same loop you’re creating a life aligned with freedom, joy, and miracles. 🌈

That’s what we do inside Christ Conscious Re-connection: step by step, layer by layer, we clear what’s been holding you back so you can rise into your divine truth.

Small steps.

Big freedom.

Your transformation starts the moment you say YES.

I’ve been sharing a lot about how small daily shifts can create massive transformation… but you might be wondering: what does that actually look like in practice? 💫

The truth is, personal transformation is different for everyone. What feels aligned for one person might not resonate for another.

But here are some simple, soul-nourishing shifts that support your healing journey and open the door to miracles:

✅ Begin your day with stillness even 5 minutes of breathwork or meditation reconnects you to your higher self.

✅ Journal one truth each night what’s one thought, emotion, or fear you’re ready to release? Putting it on paper creates space for lightness.

✅ Ground your body barefoot in the grass, a gentle walk, or simply placing your hands on your heart.

✅ Surround yourself with light whether that’s music that uplifts you, words that inspire you, or people who remind you of your truth.

These shifts may look simple, but they empower you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so that deeper transformation becomes natural and sustainable. 🌟

This is exactly what happens inside Christ Conscious Re-connection: we build the strong foundation that allows you to release what’s heavy, step into alignment, and finally feel free.

Your soul is ready. START TODAY. 🌈

So many people ask me how to shift their mindset when they feel stuck in cycles of heaviness and negativity.

And here’s the truth: your mindset isn’t just in your head, it's deeply connected to your energy and the people you allow into your space.

Here are two powerful shifts to start with:

✨ Stop being so hard on yourself.

Comparison is poison. Social media is full of curated perfection but none of it is real. Every time you tell yourself you’re “not enough,” you’re reinforcing the very cycle you’re trying to break free from. Instead, choose compassion. Choose gentleness. You’re doing better than you think.

✨ Protect your energy fiercely.

Unfollow accounts that trigger self-doubt, envy, or heaviness. Say goodbye to “energy vampires” who drain you. Instead, surround yourself with souls who inspire you, uplift you, and remind you of your truth. Your energy is sacred, treat it that way.

This is exactly what we do inside Christ Conscious Re-connection: we clear the energy that weighs you down, reconnect you to divine truth, and help you build boundaries that protect your light. 🌈

So tell me in the comments:

Do you have any “energy vampires” in your life?
And what kinds of accounts or people light you up and inspire you?

BEGONE, energy vampires! Today we choose freedom and joy. ✨

Here are 3 popular healing & transformation myths I hear all the time 👇

Myth #1: “If I just try harder, I can heal myself.”

So many beautiful souls blame themselves for not being “strong enough.” The truth? Healing isn’t about pushing harder it’s about allowing, receiving, and reconnecting to divine guidance. 💜

Myth #2: “Growth happens in a straight line.”

Nope.
Healing is anything but linear.
You’ll have days where you feel light as air, and days where old patterns resurface. That doesn’t mean you’re failing it means you’re human. What matters is that you keep moving forward. ✨

Myth #3: “Spirituality is only about love & light.”

Yes, light is part of it but true transformation asks us to feel all of it.

The grief. The fear. The shadows.

Ignoring those emotions in the name of “positivity” only keeps you stuck. Facing them is what sets you free. 🌈

Which of these myths have you believed?

Drop it in the comments and let’s get rid of them together. 🔥

We all know someone, maybe even we are that someone, who struggles to make meaningful changes in life.

They’ve got big dreams, they crave freedom, they know what they want… yet they try to change too much, too fast.

👉 They overload themselves.
👉 They get paralyzed by procrastination.
👉 Or perfectionism keeps them stuck at square one.

And then? They fall off the wagon, and the cycle of self-doubt begins again.

The truth is: that approach isn’t sustainable. Healing, growth, and transformation happen when we release layer by layer, shift by shift. ✨

That’s why I created Christ Conscious Re-connection, a powerful way to bridge the gap between where you are now and where your soul longs to be. Inside this work, you’ll…

💟 Release old trauma and heavy patterns that keep resurfacing.
💟 Reconnect with your higher self so you can feel light, free, and empowered.
💟 Step into alignment and start attracting opportunities, synchronicities, and miracles.

You don’t need to do it all at once. You don’t need to carry the weight of “getting it perfect.” All you need is a safe space, the right support, and the willingness to take the next step.

This is what I help you find inside Christ Conscious Re-connection clarity, freedom, and love for who you truly are.

Don’t sleep on this opportunity, beautiful soul. Your future self is already thanking you.
