Happy Birthday Beautiful Beth! The best sister and friend I could ask for. What a whirlwind of a year it’s been for this lil sister life we live. So blessed to have you. Thanks for all the laughs, the ever present shoulder and ear, and for putting up with my weirdness. Love your face (and all the rest) xxxxx by @kate_croft25

Final Sydney Hyrox Post! It wouldn’t be complete without a few of the professional photos for the week. See you next year Sydney! by @kate_croft25

12/4/26-1/7/26

I’m still in shock. 11 weeks (and 2 days) - 7 big fat minutes. I didn’t think I had that time in me. Not to mention the stack on the burpees that broke my knee. What a pleasant surprise. We are all capable of amazing things.

HYROX CONTENT ALMOST DONE. PROMISE. 🤷🏽‍♀️ by @kate_croft25

HYROX SYDNEY DOUBLES -1:09:45 🌟

What a ride that was. After an injury scare two days before we pivoted the plan to get to the finish line. Then we went to work. It was hard work but it was fun work and doing it all with your sister is a truly incredible experience. Beth is a weapon. She pushes me without knowing it and inspires me daily. My first best friend and now my hyrox doubles partner for life. The most fun! by @kate_croft25

Appreciation post for this bloke.

Nathan is my personal trainer and friend. He convinced me to try doubles hyrox instead of a relay last December. So I did. He then told me I could definitely do a solo. So I did. He then suggested I could pull off two races in three days. And I did. He believes in me more than I believe in myself sometimes and I’m so grateful.

He has also just spent three days following several of us around the Sydney Hyrox course, coaching every one of us all the way.

Nath, I can’t thank you enough for everything you do. A great coach, a solid mate, a bloody good human. by @kate_croft25

11 weeks ago I tackled my first Hyrox solo race. It was brutal. I vowed to never do it again. Silly me had already signed up for another one.

Yesterday was the day. And it was amazing. Still brutal…. but so much more fun. 7 min off my time. PROUD. My kids getting to watch me do it and understand why I get up for the gym at 4am every day. AMAZING. Seeing their faces on course. PRICELESS. Such an amazing day out there with THE BEST SUPPORT CREW HANDS DOWN. by @kate_croft25

LETS DO THAT THING ON INSTAGRAM 🫪🫠. Needless to say we are absolutely not influencers. (As evidenced hard by my need to delete and repost).

But ….. In one week I get to do something with my sister that I never dreamed would happen, even 6 months ago. It’s been such a fun experience training together, sending countless Hyrox reels back and forth at all hours of the day and night and having copious amounts of “strat chats”. Cannot wait to do this with you 😘 by @kate_croft25

I’ve always loved watching Ollie surf. I’ve missed it lately. Glad he wanted to spend a couple of hours with a couple of mates at Urbn for his birthday. Love you buddy xxx by @kate_croft25

🩵THIRTEEN🩵 The boy who made me a mum, who has taught me so many things he isn’t even aware of (and who doesn’t listen when I try to teach), who makes me proud every day (and also makes me yell), who is kind, caring, sensitive, funny, weird, cool. Who teaches me the ways of the Gen Alpha and then tells me I’m cringe. Happy Birthday Ollie. Never ever change in any way. You light up the lives of everyone you meet. Thanks for picking me Pookie 😜😜 🩵U2🌙 by @kate_croft25
