Welcome to the #spring #realestate market in #connecticut! It's actually a boatload better than last year. Give me a hollar via email, text, dm and let's chat! #firsttake by @katekramerrealestate

After a brief hiatus for medical reasons, I'm back and dedicated to helping you buy or sell your home! Pretty flowers for attention!

Even if you're not in the market to buy or sell right now, I have a large network of individuals to spruce up your home or maybe even help lower your insurance rates (just did this myself). by @katekramerrealestate

I have seen MULTIPLE ads this year about not getting your girl flowers or jewelry - but getting her a cow and land. I think it depends on the girl. I don't see why it can't be all of the above! If you're of the "buy me a cow and land" type of person, I may know a few places 😉 Happy Valentine's Day, y'all. Hope you all get a highland cow or two ❤️ by @katekramerrealestate

Not going to reinvent the wheel. Pre-approval means more now than ever. So many listings require pre-approval prior to showing. So let's talk about it, it's an important aspect of the home buying process!

Reposted from @keepingcurrentmatters Let’s talk pre-approval. 🎙️

With everything going on in the housing market, it’s never been more important for buyers to:
1️⃣ Know exactly how much they can borrow.
2️⃣ Be ready when they find that perfect place to call home.

Plus, rates are on a downward trend compared to last year, and buyer activity is expected to pick up. Pre-approval may be a buyer's golden ticket to beating the competition, securing their dream home, and navigating the market with confidence. 💪

What does this mean to you guys? Refresh or get the hell outta dodge? by @katekramerrealestate

Does anyone else's pet steal the most comfortable chair in the house?

Coming out of the dog days of winter (is that a thing?) the market is growing! There is more inventory and rates have dropped. It is an amazing time to be a buyer or seller! So let's have a chat and see how I can help you (and your pets....kids too if you have 'em) by @katekramerrealestate

Local spotlight! I found this gem of a firestick cactus from a wonderful shop in Shelton called @exoticplantstop. Not only can they get you anything you want - but the shop is just full of positivity and love. So if you're thinking about what is going to make your next home full of love and warmth, head over to the @exoticplantstop! by @katekramerrealestate

I remember when we actually used to get a #whitechristmas - it's been so long. To the point where my kids said they've never seen one last night. Crazy! Wishing you and yours the happiest of holiday seasons! For my Jewish friends, I missed Chanukah! And I apologize! I hope you had a warm and joyous Festival of Lights. by @katekramerrealestate
