I started as a determined young woman… certain I was meant for more. Then life tested me in ways I never imagined. I found myself escaping a domestic violence situation with my 11-month-old son in my arms in survival mode, rebuilding from nothing. That chapter didn’t break me. It refined me.💜 Over the past nine years, I’ve turned pain into power. Not just rebuilding a life… but building a world. A world centred around high-performance women, Incredibly BOLD conversations, and rooms that shift the trajectory of those inside them. Because here’s what I’ve learned… Proximity is power. And the right room changes everything. Today, I look around at the women in my circle visionaries, founders, leaders, who are hungry and I feel an immense sense of gratitude. These are not surface-level connections. These are women in motion. Women building at scale. Women who elevate every room they walk into. You are my mirrors. My mentors. My standard. And you know exactly who you are. Thank you. 🙏 For growing with me. For challenging me. For standing beside me as we step into what’s next. Something extraordinary is being built behind the scenes… And soon, the doors will open. Kate 🦄 by @kates_freedom
✨ Quick hello (because a lot of you are new here)…🙋🏼‍♀️🦄💜 I’ve realised recently that not everyone following me actually knows what I’m working on and that’s on me.😳 In simple terms, I’m building in the space of intelligent wellness. I work with a device called Prysm iO, which uses science and AI to help people understand what’s happening inside their body without needles, lab visits, or guessing. 👌🏽 What I love about this work is that it gives people clarity. ➡️Not pressure. ➡️Not fear. ➡️Just information that helps them make better choices for their health. I support: • People who want to take control of their wellbeing • Gym and wellness businesses who want real integrity in their results • Leaders who can see where health is heading and want to be part of it early If you’re here because you care about health, growth, or the future welcome 🤍 If you’re curious, send me a message 📨 If you’re a business owner and this feels aligned, let’s chat. And if you’re just quietly watching I’m glad you’re here, we all need information!! Knowledge is power💜 All my love … Unicorn Kate🦄 by @kates_freedom
