🇭🇰💪
From race check-in butterflies…
to learning from Hong Beomseok at the masterclass…
to crossing our own finish line…
then staying to cheer like crazy for every athlete still fighting out there.
Competed. Learned. Survived. Spectated.
It’s a whole experience! 💪🏻

First HYROX in the books! 💪🏻
Perfectly organised, incredible vibes, and unforgettable energy. Hong Kong absolutely nailed it! This is just the beginning—can’t wait to take on more races around the world and definitely coming back for more HK action.
Thank you HYROX!
Thank you HongKong! 🇭🇰 by @katfitnessdiary

From "I hate running" to finishing my first HYROX Women's Doubles Open in Hong Kong!

As someone who is not a big fan of running, this was a massive challenge. We set a goal of 1:30 and brought it home in 1:39— honestly, I’m thrilled with that for a first timer, even with my left leg cramping up after station 6! 😅

Thanks to my HYROX partner Nattache @nattachev for being the best teammate.
Thanks to Coach Justin Hernandez @justigas for guiding me through the training.
Shoutout to Hong Beomseok @hongbeomseok_ for the last-minute tips & tricks , and to everyone who cheered us on! by @katfitnessdiary

Before the HYROX stations, we warm up!
Starting with the Speedflex machine to get the body moving, activate those muscles, and prepare for the real work ahead.
And of course a looooot of stretching!

Life hack: Always balance a FREE hobby with an EXPENSIVE one.
I like WALKING. (FREE)
WALKING in other countries. (EXPENSIVE)
