expensive but worth it, loose skin after weight loss edition. people keep asking if i had surgery on my stomach. no. i had a budget. tell me which one you want the deep dive on, or comment LINK and I’ll send you the list

one year of maintaining a 300 pound weight loss.

the scale said the same number this january that it said last january. that used to be my nightmare. now it’s the whole achievement.

i spent decades earning applause for shrinking. staying takes more than losing ever did and there’s no prize table at this part of the race.

mine is caring about myself. tell me your quiet win in the comments, i’ll read every one

yeah I have loose skin. yeah I lost 300 pounds. yeah I’m wearing the shorts.

people get weird when someone who used to weigh what I weighed ends up the same size as them. I get it. but I’m not gonna hide my body to make strangers feel better, and I’m definitely not covering up the legs that got me here.

some days I love what I see. some days I don’t. more good days than bad is the whole win.

my first Halloween where I felt comfortable, sexy, and happy despite the internet strangers telling me I had one long back after losing 300lbs in my britney fit

and to the strangers yelling at me and my best friend about how hot we were, thank you. love you in-person strangers xoxo

happy halloween to everyone except the toes with the sharpie beards in my comment section 💋 by @katherine_cares
