🎤 INTERVIEW 🎤 #FiveFromTheFringe continues with TWO interviews today! First up is Will Carr, who is performing in A LITTLE GREEN LEAF, a story about one of the most decorated, but perhaps under-known, spies of the Second World War, Odette Hallowes. @a.little.green.leaf @thespaceuk @arielslack @_willcarr_ @kathleenboreilly Check out the interview via the link in the bio https://readaboutstuff.com/2026/07/05/five-from-the-fringe-interview-will-carr-discusses-a-little-green-leaf/ #EdFringe #EdinburghFringe I also spoke to John Chisham and Christian Loveless about musical comedy TEENAGE HEARTTHROBS, where stars of a once fan-favourite pop band unpack their chaotic story. @johnandchristian_ Check out the interview via the link in the bio https://readaboutstuff.com/2026/07/05/five-from-the-fringe-interview-john-chisham-and-christian-loveless-discuss-teenage-heartthrobs/ #EdFringe #EdinburghFringe by @kathleenboreilly
The next episode of our podcast "Famous people You've Never Heard Of" is out tomorrow. It was great to connect with another EdFringe show. The team behind "A Little Green Leaf" joined us for a great chat about Odette Hallowes the French SOE Agent who survived capture in the Second World War and went on to be a consultant on the movie "Odette" (based on her own life) and "Carve Her Name With Pride" (the story of fellow SOE agent Violette Szabo). Will and Kathleen talk about Odette, their play and connecting with Odette's family. Listen wherever you get your podcasts - or click the link below. If you're an early riser, why not set your alarm for 5am tomorrow and be the first to tune in! by @kathleenboreilly
One year after our first UK tour, Leaf Collective is now debuting A Little Green Leaf at the Edinburgh Fringe! Odette Hallowes (MBE, Legion d’Honneur, George Cross) was an ordinary woman who did truly extraordinary things. From her service as an agent of the Special Operations Executive to her experience of Ravensbruck concentration camp, Odette survived through her hope for humanity… And a little green leaf. This thrilling story of espionage and survival is intimately illustrated by two actors supported by puppetry and shadowplay. ⭐️Check us out @thespaceuk @edfringe #livetheatre #shadowpuppetry #ww2 #edfringe26 by @kathleenboreilly
