Everyone’s journey looks different and I’ve learned to honor that. There’s no timeline, no comparison. Still, I wanted to share a glimpse of mine. Not because it’s perfect, but because maybe it will bring you even a little hope that things are working out, even when it doesn’t feel like it. My journey has held so much beauty, pain, joy, loss, connection, solitude, healing & expansion. It’s been anything but linear. But I’m learning to find meaning in every part of it. I am so grateful for each emotion, each chapter and each shift. The real work has been learning to surrender, to trust what I can’t control and to keep showing up for myself with honesty, with compassion and with love. Wherever you are on your path… you’re not behind. Just out here romanticizing my daily protein intake thanks to @jaxsmoothieking. 🧚‍♀️💪 Between running a business, trying to keep up with my health goals and everything in between, I end up at Smoothie King almost every day. 🤭 And their NEW Dot Protein Smoothie & Toast just made my usual Smoothie King run a lot more fun. 🌈 24g+ of protein between the two, plus a lot of childhood magic. ✨ Available NOW at participating Smoothie King locations, in-store only, while supplies last! #ad • • • • #whimsymaxxing #dotcake #smoothielover #proteingoals by @katie_leeper

To say I’m grateful for this garden would be an understatement. I thought I was growing food, but somewhere along the way, I realized I was growing something much more important 🌱 Perspective. Patience. Peace. And a lot of joy… Because can someone please tell me why all my plants grew up to be so whimsical 🧚‍♀️ Maybe all those words of affirmation really did make a difference. You’re strong. You’re loved. You’re beautiful. 💕 A little reminder to speak to yourself the way you would something you’re trying to help grow. #gardenmagic #growyourownveggies #intentionalliving #romanticizeyourlife #wordsofaffirmation by @katie_leeper

Somewhere along the way, we’ve forgotten that community isn’t built through transactions. It’s built through people sharing their gifts with one another 🌿 We all have something to offer… A plant. A recipe. A skill. A helping hand. To be part of a village, you have to be a villager 🤝 My best friend and her husband built a botanical mocktail bar here in Jacksonville that has become a gathering place for people to do exactly that. A place to slow down, connect with people, support local businesses and be present with the community around you 🥥🌴 Maybe the most meaningful exchanges don’t involve money. They’re built on creativity, community and sharing what we create ✨ • • • • #gardeninglife #mocktailmagic #creativeexchange #intentionalliving #communitymatters by @katie_leeper

here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at May 📸💭 Running a marketing agency in Jacksonville is fast-paced, controlled chaos and a little silly… and honestly, it’s our dream come true! To all the incredible founders, brands & organizations who trust us with their stories, thank you! We’re so grateful for another month of building alongside you 🫶 The Ghost philosophy is rooted in invisible influence, behind-the-scenes power and intentional storytelling. We shape perception without it feeling like marketing by focusing on the story behind the business, not just the product. Ready to tell your brand’s story the way it deserves? Every industry teaches us something new. Every client challenges us differently. Sometimes I look at everything we get to be part of and get so emotional. It’s hard to believe what started as a little business idea 4 years ago has grown into this… I feel so incredibly grateful for every founder, brand and organization that trusts us to step into their world and help tell their story 🤍 • • • • #socialmediamarketing #digitalmarketingstrategist #storytelling #behindthescenes #womenrunbusiness by @katie_leeper
