Hey, I’m Katie!

I am a multi-dimensional being and 100% human. I am a licensed psychotherapist and I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons University in Boston. I have been helping those struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression for ten years.

While helping clients in my clinical practice, I decided to make the jump into creating the products I wish my clients had to help them build their mental health resilience. I want to get these products out into the world to help others live even better lives.

I am nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont with my husband, three girls, and my practice. In my free time, I love wandering the woods, collecting hobbies, and adventuring with my family.

Feel free to introduce yourself! Where are you from?

Check out my Scraps of Life Journal! I got this idea from another creator on Instagram - if I find them I’ll definitely tag them. They were adding a square for every day. I loved the concept of looking for beauty in the mundane of life. I don’t do one everyday, but I collect things through the week I want to add and then pick a day and add them all. Sometimes I add 2-3, other times I add 5-7 at a time. I’m practicing being flexible so I just go with it. It’s been fun to go through the week looking for things I might want to add. Join me if you’d like! #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness by @katieclovertherapy
