𝙒𝙀’𝙍𝙀 𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙔 𝘼 𝙁𝙄𝙉𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙎𝙏! 🥹❤️

The Happy Wee Health Club has made it through to the finals of the SBA Small Business Awards 2026 for BEST GYM!

And honestly… this one feels pretty special. 🥹

Because behind this little certificate is every single person who supports our small business.

Every member.
Every class attendee.
Every parent.
Every kid.
Every friend who brings a friend.
Every person who recommends us, shares our posts, cheers us on or simply walks through our doors.

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨. ❤️

A wee gym.
A big dream.
An even bigger community. 🥹❤️

Thank you for helping us get here.

We often get asked what the difference is…

So here’s a wee visual ✨

Yoga flows.
Pilates controls.

Yoga explores movement.
Pilates refines it.

Both build strength, awareness, breath, and a deeper mind-body connection.

The best part? You don’t have to choose 💛

🎉🎂 IT’S YOUR BIRTHDAY KAREN!!! 🎂🎉

My partner in crime, my right-hand woman, the girl with ALL the answers (even when nobody asked 🤣), the brains behind the chaos and the woman who brings the VIBE wherever she goes! 💃🏼✨

The one who can solve a problem, organise the world, make everyone laugh and still somehow have 47 things on her to-do list! 🤣

From our crazy ideas to our even crazier adventures, there’s nobody else I’d rather be building this Happy Wee dream with! 🥹❤️

You’re not just my business partner, you’re my bestie, my sounding board, my voice of reason (occasionally 🤪) and one of the biggest reasons this whole mad adventure is so special.

Life would be a whole lot quieter without you… but where’s the fun in that?! 🥂

Here’s to another year of laughter, adventures, big dreams, questionable decisions and absolutely NO slowing down! 🚀

Love you millions, you absolute legend! ❤️

Now everyone, show our birthday girl some LOVE!!! 🎉🎉🎉 by @katiegalbraith87

It’s been a pretty amazing week 💫

Thank you to the awesome people who made this trip possible 🫶

𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙜… 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙄’𝙢 𝙖𝙗𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙜! 🤣💁🏼‍♀️

✅ BODYSTEP – DONE! 🥵
✅ House cleaned – DONE! 🧹
✅ Dog walked – DONE! 🐶
✅ Feet up, chilling with my book – DONE! 📖☕️

And all before Sunday has even properly got going!

Did I want to get out of bed at 7:30am this morning after a ridiculously busy weekend?

𝘼𝘽𝙎𝙊𝙇𝙐𝙏𝙀𝙇𝙔 𝙉𝙊𝙏. 🤣

Did I consider cancelling my class and staying cosy in bed?

𝘼𝘽𝙎𝙊𝙇𝙐𝙏𝙀𝙇𝙔 𝙔𝙀𝙎. 🫣

But did I drag myself up, get moving and feel 100 times better for it?

𝙔𝙊𝙐 𝘽𝙀𝙏 𝙄 𝘿𝙄𝘿! 💪💛

And the best bit?

One of our lovely members told me after BODYSTEP that she felt so chilled out it was “like having a bottle of wine!” 🍷🤣

I mean… 𝘾𝘼𝙉 𝙒𝙀 𝙋𝙐𝙏 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙏 𝙊𝙉 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙒𝙀𝘽𝙎𝙄𝙏𝙀?!

BODYSTEP: All the benefits of a bottle of wine, without the hangover. 🤣🍷

Anyway, moral of the story…

Sometimes the hardest part really is just getting out of bed and showing up.

And sometimes you just need to give yourself a wee pat on the back for getting your shit together on a Sunday! 👏🤣

Right, back to my book! 📖💛

And we still find reasons to jump for joy 💫

If we told the girls in the first picture how incredible the happy wee health club would be…im not sure they would’ve believed it 🙏🏻 saying that - they did believe anything was possible ☺️🥰

☀️ The Happy Wee Health Club has been officially recognised as a recipient in the 2026 Business Elite Awards by SME News, as our:
