Now a Best Debut Feature nominee at Raindance, winner of Best Feature at Black Cat Picture Show, and the recipient of 2 Audience Choice awards at Athens and Golden Isles, plus 2 additional nominations for Best Feature across our festival board, and a heap of other official selections, A Cell Phone movie is the micro-budget feature that could! What a year it’s been since the first trailer release but there’s still more on the horizon, like sharing this labor of love with the world at large. But until an official release, enjoy ACPM’s final trailer edited again by the incredible @carriedabbles. And remember, better to dream big and at least have something to show for it than to believe your dream is worth giving up. See y’all soon! Synopsis: Shot entirely on a cell phone, the film follows a fictional version of writer/director/producer/star Will Sterling, a similarly out of work, struggling actor trying to impress Hollywood by making a movie on a cell phone about an out of work, struggling actor making a movie on his cell phone. #acellphonemovie #acpm #comedy #indiefilm #trailer #shotoniphone #iphonography #comingsoon #movietime #movietrailer by @katiemccuen

scraps…sundance edition 🎬 two years ago this week, we started filming a little black-and-white zombie movie, unsure of where it would take us or who would see it. i certainly didn’t anticipate the profound impact it would have on my life and artistic journey. i’m thrilled to share that didn’t die will be premiering at the 2025 #sundance film festival! the bond we all share from making this movie is eternal—these people will never get rid of me. making movies with friends is the best medicine. the journey of being an actor is long, unpredictable, and humbling, but i’m here for the long haul, whatever that may look like. can’t wait to share more! and excited for y’all to meet barbara, she’s a blast! by @katiemccuen
