Hey, I’m so excited to get to know you! 🫶🏼 by @katjohnsonrealtor

🤍 NOVEMBER IS MISSION MONTH! 🤍

One of my favorite traditions is back, and I am SO excited to share it with you!

For the 5th year in a row, I’m spending November raising money for an organization that means so much to me and my family, Foster Together.

If you’ve been around here for a while, you know this is something I’m incredibly passionate about.

Foster Together serves foster children and families right here in the St. Louis area, providing essentials like clothing, car seats, beds, diapers, and so much more. But beyond the physical needs, they’re creating a community of support for families who are stepping into some really hard situations.

And I absolutely LOVE getting to be a small part of that. 🤍

This year, our goal is to raise $10,000!

And just like in years past, I’ll be matching every dollar donated, up to $5,000, throughout the month of November!

That means:
🤍 $25 becomes $50
🤍 $50 becomes $100
🤍 $100 becomes $200

Over the last four years, we’ve raised more than $47,000 together. And I would LOVE to see what we can do this year!

Whether you’ve supported Mission Month in the past or this is your first time hearing about it, thank you for being part of this community.

Every donation makes a difference, and even sharing this post helps us get the word out!

Ready to join me? You can donate directly through the link in my bio! 🤍

Let’s make year FIVE our best one yet!

Thinking 2027 might be the year you move? 👀

If you’re in a starter home you’ve loved, but lately it’s starting to feel a little too small for your life… now is actually a really good time to start thinking through what’s next.

Maybe you’ve added kids, accumulated more stuff, your schedules are busier, or you’re all fighting over the same bathroom every morning. 😂 Your house didn’t change, but your life did!

And usually the biggest question isn’t if you want to move. It’s HOW do we sell this house and buy the next one without making the whole process feel completely overwhelming?

That’s where starting early makes such a difference.

If 2027 is on your radar, we have plenty of time to figure out what your current home could sell for, what you’d feel comfortable spending next, and what needs to happen between now and then.

Want to start with the first number? Comment VALUE and I’ll send you a free way to keep track of your home’s value between now and 2027. 🏡

And if you’re ready to start talking through the bigger picture, just send me a message. You absolutely do not have to have it all figured out before reaching out!

1444 Ronald Dr just got a NEW PRICE, and it’s officially offered at $525,000! 🏡

This is the kind of home that has you falling in love with a new detail around every corner.

The exposed wood beams. The cozy stone fireplace. The beautifully updated kitchen. The clawfoot tub. 😍

And just when you think you’ve seen it all, there’s a spacious deck with a pergola, a fenced backyard, and all the charm that comes with living in Webster Groves.

Same beautiful home. New opportunity to make it yours.

If this one wasn’t on your radar before, it should be now!

💬 Comment 1444 and I’ll send you all the details!

Being a mom and running a real estate business at the same time is a lot... and for years I did it by keeping everything in my head. 🙃

Then real life got loud this year, and the business could handle it. It didn’t run without me, but it didn’t need all of me either.

If you want somewhere to start: write down every step from “under contract” to “closing gift.” Anything that only lives in your head isn’t a system yet.

That’s what we build in Built to Repeat. Four Thursdays, in person or on Zoom, every session recorded. You leave with your client experience, your SOPs, an AI assistant that helps with the admin, and a 90-day plan.

I have really only talked about this in my stories, but wanted to do a final call to all the agents here on Instagram! We start tomorrow and whether you’re local or not, we have a seat for you at this table.

Doors close tonight at 10pm and we start tomorrow. Comment REPEAT and I’ll send you the link. 🤍 by @katjohnsonrealtor

If buying a home is even kind of on your radar in the next year or two, save this one. 👇

A few things I wish every buyer knew before they started looking:

1️⃣ Your monthly payment matters more than the list price. Taxes, insurance and HOA fees can make two similarly priced homes look VERY different each month.

2️⃣ Don’t drain your savings just to get to the closing table. Homeownership comes with expenses after you get the keys too!

3️⃣ You can change paint, flooring and finishes. You can’t change the street. Location matters. A lot.

4️⃣ Start the conversation earlier than you think you need to. Even if you’re a year or two away, knowing what you need to work toward now can make the whole process feel so much easier later.

And if you’re thinking, “Okay…but where do I even start?” I made something for you!
Comment VALUE and I’ll send you what your home is worth today. 🏡

Follow along for St. Louis real estate, local favorites + everything in between. 🤍 by @katjohnsonrealtor

Some homes are all about the updates. This one is about the SPACE + the opportunity to make it your own. 👏🏼

4542 Jenkins Ln sits on nearly half an acre in the Lindbergh School District, giving you the kind of backyard and privacy that can be hard to find in South County.

Inside, you’ve got 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and over 2,000 sq. ft. of finished space between the main and lower levels.

And one of my favorite things about this one? It’s priced with room for the next owner to come in, make the updates they love and really make this home their own. 🤍

If a ranch, a BIG yard, extra space downstairs and the opportunity to add your own style are on your list, come take a look.

An acre of privacy… with that neighborhood feel 👀

1508 1st St in Barnhart, MO is an open concept ranch with a large living room, a great size eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms + 3 full baths…. Did I mention, Windsor Schools??!

Then it opens up to a full acre of land in your very private backyard. Think morning coffee outside 🤍

Comment 1508 and I’ll send you all the details! 🏡

Looking at homes for sale in Barnhart? This one has the kind of feature people usually put at the top of their wish list. 🤩

About a full acre with a wooded backyard, and a back deck where you can look out over the trees.

Plus a stone wood-burning fireplace in an oversized living room, and you’re just minutes from Highway 55.

This is the kind of home I’d send to someone who told me “I want main-level living and a yard with real room to it.”

Ready to learn everything about it? Comment 1508 and I’ll send you the listing details.
