2025 season… one of the toughest seasons yet.
Battled injuries all season long, including my 4 years of Achilles tendonitis that made every session, every step and stride a living nightmare. They’re so bad that in the morning I can’t even walk brooo Yoh 😭🙆🏾‍♂️💔
Got hurt again at SA Champs, Hurt my Achilles in hurdles, hurt my adductors in pole vault and I thought that was it but still found a way to finish the decathlon and hang on for 4th place after overall. I ran that 1500m limping in pain Yoh 🙆🏾‍♂️😭🤣🤣🤣🙌🏾
As you can see in the slides that’s when I pulled my adductors in the pole vault, I ended up being escorted out on a WHEELCHAIR ♿️ 🙆🏾‍♂️🤣 tears come down my face 😭😭PAIN !!
These moment captured by the amazing @michael.fragoeiro.photography !!🔥🙏🏾🙏🏾

This season was heavy… bittersweet. Maybe my last one 👀 but we’ll see.
Nonetheless I’m proud I stood my ground, proud I kept showing up, proud I didn’t quit.
So Whatever comes next we’re ready. 🖤
