One big batch of pumpkin soup, a different dinner every time😅 and ready in 5 mins!
Try it with:
🥦 Halloumi, broccoli & olive oil
🍄 Fried mushrooms & thyme
🧆 Chickpeas & sesame oil
🥓 Bacon & cauliflower
🥕 Roasted carrots & chilli oil
🧅 Spicy roasted onion jam
Same soup base, totally different bowls—and now which one would you pick first? 👇 by @katrin.gaid

Immediately yes! Cottage cheese high protein cake 🤍
Buttery, crumbly layers with a soft, creamy filling in the middle—the kind of simple homemade cake that disappears slice by slice👀

Would you eat yours warm or let it cool completely? And one slice or “just one more”? 😅👇

Golden milk—or turmeric milk? 🌕🥛
I made this one by heart, but here are the rough measurements if you’d rather follow a recipe. It’s warm, spiced and perfect for a cozy Sunday. ✨
Recipe
• 30 g cocoa butter
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• A tiny pinch of cardamom (ginger powder would work better, I didn’t have👀)
• A little freshly ground black pepper
• 1 large cup of milk
• A splash of water
• Saffron maple syrop, optional
Melt the cocoa butter over low heat. Add the spices and let them infuse for 1–2 minutes. Stir in a splash of water, then add the milk and saffron with maple syrop, if using.
Warm gently—don’t let it boil. Strain into a cup and enjoy. ☕️
Are you team follow-the-recipe or cook-from-the-heart? 👇

Obviously number 6 is me every single morning: “I need coffee right now.” 🫠☕️

Which sound matches your mood today? by @katrin.gaid

I messed up the dough… and accidentally invented a baguette👀
I was aiming for bread, then ciabatta… but somehow we got a baguette. Oui, oui🥖

The shape may be confused, but that crunch is real. 😅
What would you call it: ciabatta or baguette? 👇 by @katrin.gaid

My favorite coffee? Is with my @domchuk_fitness in the city center.

Pumpkin season just got a glow-up. 🎃🤎
Soft, warmly spiced pumpkin cake wrapped around a creamy ricotta filling—with a little chocolate-yogurt twist. Cozy, rich and dangerously easy to keep “taste-testing.” 👀

Lake Como in autumn: cozy layers, warm drinks, and views worth lingering over. 🍂☕️🚤
Are you team autumn or already team Christmas? 🎄

This is one of our favourite restaurants in Varenna—and it’s not because of a lake view or an enormous menu.
There’s usually just one sitting, and in peak season you may need to book around 10 days ahead. So… is it worth the hype?
For us, absolutely. It’s our favourite. 🤍
Would you book a restaurant for the food, even without a lake view? 👇 by @katrin.gaid
