THIS is what hands-on training looks like. 🙌✨

Such a great day training the @harlowgoldsalonandspa team in Manual Resurfacing! Lots of models, lots of practice, lots of questions—and confidence being built in real time.

Small classes. Real hands-on experience. Real mentorship. 🤍

This past year has taught me something I don’t think I could have learned any other way:

You can lose the things you thought made you feel safe and still realize you have everything you need.

Life can change.
Relationships can end.
Plans can take longer than expected.
The life you imagined can look completely different a year later.

And somehow, you’re still here.

I’m still here.

Still growing.
Still learning.
Still building.
Still believing.

And now I know my worth was never in what I achieved, what I owned, who loved me, or how perfectly life was going.

I am already whole.
I am already worthy.
I am a child of God.
And I am becoming more of who I was created to be every day.

This season has taught me that perseverance isn’t always some big, courageous moment.

Sometimes it’s simply waking up and continuing forward.

Making the call.
Taking the opportunity.
Adjusting the plan.
Asking for help.
Doing the next right thing even when you can’t see the whole path yet.

Belief is powerful—but belief needs action.

Pray about the life you want.
Believe it’s possible.
And then get up and participate in creating it.

One brave little step at a time.

The needle moves.

So I’m not giving up.

Not on my dreams.
Not on the business I’m building from my heart.
Not on becoming the woman God created me to be.
And definitely not on love.

I still believe in deep, safe, reciprocal love. But I also know my life isn’t incomplete while I wait for it.

My life is already full.

Full of love.
Full of purpose.
Full of possibility.
Full of God.

I can be uncertain and still move forward.
I can be disappointed and still remain hopeful.
I can take longer than expected without being behind.
I can change direction without losing my way.

None of it is wasted.

It is all shaping me.

Still dreaming.
Still building.
Still loving.
Still becoming.

And whatever comes next, I’ll keep showing up.

With God beside me, spirit within me, love around me, and courage guiding my next step, I know I have everything I need. ✨ by @katrinafrancine

Somehow these last four months held what feels like a lifetime of memories. ❤️

There were classes taught, students certified, birthdays celebrated (apparently… with FOUR cakes 😂🎂), new friendships, old friendships that grew even deeper, concerts, museums, church, patio nights, road trips, baby showers, sound baths, a new apartment, business milestones, incredible mentors, and so many moments that reminded me just how rich life can be.

It wasn’t a perfect season. There were challenges behind the scenes too. But looking back through these videos, I’m reminded that gratitude has a way of making abundance impossible to miss.

To every person who spent time with me, supported my business, celebrated my birthday, believed in me, laughed with me, prayed with me, learned from me, or simply shared a meal or conversation… thank you. You made this summer unforgettable.

Here’s to a full heart, beautiful people, and saying yes to the moments that become the memories. ✨

Summer 2026… you were one for the books! ❤️ by @katrinafrancine

Hi Daddy,

Happy Heavenly Birthday. Today you would have been 84 years old 🥳

I never really got the chance to know this stud, but I often wonder how different my life might have been if I had.

It’s a strange thing to miss someone you never truly knew, but I do. The older I get, the more I appreciate the value of healthy masculinity. Men are meant to protect, provide, guide, and love. A father’s love is a unique kind of unconditional love that every daughter deserves to experience.

Today I celebrate you. I carry your name, your story, and a place in my heart that will always belong to you.

If you’re lucky enough to still have your parents, tell them you love them. Call them. Visit them. Spend time with them. We all think we have more time… until we don’t ❤️‍🩹

Happy Birthday, Dad. I hope you’re resting peacefully ✨💕 by @katrinafrancine

A thought that’s been on my heart lately…

The goal was never to create a school that simply hands out certificates.

The goal was to create a place where students feel supported, challenged, and confident enough to actually use what they’ve learned.

If you’ve ever wondered what makes Katica different, I share a little more about that in this video.

I’d love to hear from my former students:

What’s one thing you gained from training with me that surprised you?

Recently, I had the absolute best time with one of my best friends seeing Queen Herby at Mission Ballroom.

Before the concert, we had dinner at @eatwithsafta , and if you haven’t been, put it on your list. Hands down some of the best Mediterranean food in Denver.

The whole night reminded me how much I love nurturing genuine friendships. The older I get, the more grateful I am for friends who become sisters, friendships that are reciprocal, supportive, and filled with love.

This summer is about doing more of what I love with the people I love… and who love me back. @la_coburn is one of those people I always have the best time with, whether we’re laughing over dinner, dressing up for a concert, or just catching up on life.

The concert was incredible, the venue was so much fun, and I’m already looking forward to the next one. If you love live music as much as I do, hit me up. Chances are I’ll probably be there anyway. And honestly, I’ve even gone to concerts by myself. It’s surprisingly liberating and a whole lot of fun.

Life is too short not to dance, sing, and make memories with your people💗 by @katrinafrancine

Third year attending @spacollab and somehow it just keeps getting better🤩

Being in a space filled with so many driven, talented, and genuinely supportive women in this industry is something I don’t take for granted. The conversations, the connections, the shared vision… it’s powerful.

@pamellakerley absolutely outdid herself this year. The setting at @balistreriwine was beautiful, and every detail felt intentional.

And then ending the night with an intimate dinner at @barcelonawinebar with a group of incredible women… talking about skincare, business, growth, and life. Sharing ideas, supporting each other, cheering each other on. Those are the moments that stay with you.

So grateful to @ellacressman and @la_coburn for helping me bring it all together.

I left feeling inspired, energized, and honestly just so honored to be part of this industry. Stay tuned for more Esthie- monthly- meetups! 🍷🧀

This is what I love. This is what fills me up! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Today I launched my first ever in person laser course.

I’ve been dreaming of this moment for a long time, and the truth behind milestones like this is rarely glamorous. It looked like sleeping at my school, late nights, early mornings, working until 1am, waking up at 7, pushing through exhaustion, self doubt, imposter syndrome, and continuing anyway.

It looked like hours of researching, asking questions, figuring things out as I went, investing every dollar back into the dream, and moving on faith when I had no proof it would all work.

Today also carries deep meaning for me. It is the anniversary of my mother’s passing, and I felt her with me all day. I know she has been my angel, guiding me, protecting me, and walking beside me through every step of this journey🥹

And in a powerful alignment, today carries the energy of the Jaguar, divine feminine strength, intuition, protection, grace, and the warrior spirit. I showed up today as a warrior woman.

Two amazing women walked through my doors for day one of my Foundations program, and I stood before them as the founder, educator, and leader I’ve been becoming all along

I felt tears today. Tears of joy, gratitude, healing, and exhaustion.

This is only the beginning. Mom, I hope I made you proud❤️ by @katrinafrancine

I didn’t build this program to impress the industry. I built it to elevate it.

After years in aesthetics, advanced training, hands-on experience, and working with real clients, I created the kind of laser education I believe students truly deserve.

This is more than certification.
It’s mentorship.
It’s confidence.
It’s hands-on learning.
It’s real preparation for the next level of your career.

Today would have been my mama’s 83rd birthday🥳 She left this world 43 years ago next week, and not a single year has passed without missing her.

There are some losses that never stop aching. A mother’s love is one of a kind. Pure, steady, unconditional. No matter how much time passes, there is still a part of me that longs for one more hug, one more conversation, a cup of coffee with her.

She was beautiful inside and out. Caring, affectionate, strong, patient, generous, and always sacrificing for the people she loved. I still remember how safe and loved she made me feel. Those memories live in me every single day..

If your mother is still here, love her. Call her. Hug her. Spend the time. Don’t wait for a better moment because time keeps moving whether we are ready or not. One day you would give anything for one more ordinary day with her💗

Mama, I miss you more than words can say. I hope you know how deeply you are loved and how grateful I am to be your daughter. I celebrate you today, but the truth is, I celebrate you every day.

Happy Birthday, Mom🧁Forever in my heart❤️ by @katrinafrancine

Happy National Siblings Day to my brother Carlos… my built-in protector and biggest supporter. You’ve taken care of me in ways most people will never understand, and I’m so grateful for the man you are. I love you more than you know❤️ #mymamawouldbeproud by @katrinafrancine

21 years of loving you, my sweet boy

My only son, my youngest… you will always have such a special place in my heart. Watching these memories back just reminds me how lucky I am to be your mom.

You’ve always had the kindest heart. So thoughtful, so caring, and so talented with your music… it’s just who you are.

I am so proud of the man you’re becoming. I hope you truly know how much you mean to me and how much you are loved❤️

Happy 21st birthday, Isaiah🥳

Forever your mom 🤍 by @katrinafrancine
