Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, the person you can call when the group chat finally agrees on a vacation. ✈️

I’m a Fora travel advisor, scientist, wife, and new mom based in Greenville, South Carolina. I love a charming boutique hotel, a cruise with an oceanview balcony, and finding the little details that make a trip feel special.

My scientific background probably explains why I enjoy researching the options and asking the extra questions. My love of travel is what makes putting those details together so much fun.

I help couples, families, and travelers celebrating life’s milestones find trips that fit their interests, priorities, and travel style. Cruises and distinctive hotels are particular favorites of mine.

Around here, you’ll find honest takes from my own travels, help making sense of your options, and a look at what a travel advisor can bring to your next trip.

Whether you already have a destination in mind or need help narrowing it down, I’d love to get to know you.

Tell me where you’re dreaming of going next or visit the link in my bio to start planning. 🌎

Have a trip in mind, but wish someone could help you sort through the options? That’s where I come in. ✨

As your travel advisor, I help you choose and book travel with your preferences, priorities, and budget in mind. That might mean finding the right cruise ship and cabin, choosing a hotel in a location you’ll love, or coordinating the pieces of a bigger adventure.

Here’s how we get started:

1️⃣ We connect. Start with my inquiry form or a complimentary 30-minute consultation so I can learn what you’re looking for.

2️⃣ We find your fit. I research suitable options and help you understand the differences that matter for your trip.

3️⃣ We get it booked. I coordinate the reservations we’re handling and help you prepare for what comes next.

Straightforward hotel and cruise bookings are typically complimentary. More involved itinerary design and custom planning may have a fee, which we’ll discuss before that work begins.

I can also help with all-inclusive resorts, vacation homes and villas, rental cars, airport transfers, activities, and excursions. You can come to me for a single hotel stay or a more elaborate getaway.

When available through eligible bookings, I can help you access preferred-partner perks, too.

Ready to put a trip on the calendar? Start with the inquiry link in my bio.

Your perfect cruise starts with finding the right fit. 🚢

The ship, itinerary, cabin, and onboard atmosphere all shape your vacation and two cruises visiting the same destinations can feel completely different.

Maybe you’re looking for…

🌴 A lively family vacation with plenty to keep everyone entertained.
🥂 A relaxed escape with great dining and time to reconnect.
🛳️ A suite experience with extra space and more personalized service.
🏔️ An Alaska adventure built around scenery and exploring ashore.
🌍 A smaller ship, an expedition, or a destination-focused journey.

When I help you choose a cruise, we talk about how you actually want to spend your days. Busy or unhurried? Lots of onboard activities or more time exploring ports? A quick escape or a bucket-list adventure?

Then we look at the details: the specific ship, cabin location, itinerary, inclusions, and total expected cost.

Cruising is one of my favorite trips to plan because there are so many ways to make the experience your own.

Whether it’s your first sailing or you’re ready to try something different, I’d love to help you find your fit.

Book a complimentary consultation through the link in my bio or send me a DM with where you’d like to sail and who’s coming along.

One country, three very different ways to reconnect:

🌿 Rosewood Mayakoba, Riviera Maya — Lush lagoons, Caribbean views, and slow mornings with nowhere you need to be.

Maybe it’s your anniversary. Maybe you’re celebrating a milestone. Or maybe you’re ready to make time for each other without waiting for an occasion.

My role is to help you choose the setting and plan the details around how you actually want to spend that time together.

The Christmas market photos make you want to go. The details behind the booking help shape the trip you’ll actually experience. ✨

When I help couples plan a European Christmas market river cruise, I look beyond the destinations on the itinerary:

🎄 Will your must-see markets be open when you visit?
🌙 Does the port schedule allow time to enjoy the lights after dark?
📍 How will you get from the ship to the markets?
🥂 Does the ship’s atmosphere, dining, and stateroom fit your idea of luxury?
🧳 What’s included and which extras should we plan for?

We can also consider a beautiful hotel stay before or after your sailing, giving you more time to explore a city together.

These are the conversations that help me match you with a trip that reflects how you want to travel. Maybe that means more time wandering, a little extra comfort, or a special experience you’ll still talk about years from now.

You bring the wish list. I’ll help connect the details.

Schedule a complimentary consultation through the link in my bio, and let’s start planning your European holiday getaway. 🤍

Your next holiday tradition could start in Europe. ✨🎄

Picture the two of you wandering Christmas markets, stopping for mulled wine, and choosing an ornament that will bring you back to this trip every December.

Then returning to your river ship for dinner and a cozy evening together.

With Christmas market itineraries from Viking and AmaWaterways, you can explore several European destinations while enjoying the convenience of unpacking once. Think festive stops along the Rhine or Danube, regional flavors, and time to discover somewhere new together.

I help you choose the sailing, ship, and stateroom that fit your travel style and can pair your cruise with a beautiful hotel stay so you have a few extra days to explore.

For couples who want a thoughtfully planned getaway with memorable experiences and a little indulgence, this is a lovely place to start. 🥂

Schedule a complimentary consultation through the link in my bio, and let’s plan your European Christmas market escape.
