Meet Kawsar 💫

Civil engineer. Bookworm. Lifelong Angeleno. Ice cream every night.

She didn’t join BBR for a quick fix. She wanted to understand what she was doing and why it worked.

Now she’s stronger, leaner, training in a gym she once felt unsure about, and showing up for herself in a way she never had before.

This is the kind of woman in our community. Smart. Thoughtful. Unapologetic. (and cool!)

And we’re so lucky she’s here.

Drop a 💗 to show her some love. by @kawsar.vazifdar
