Happy National Coaches Day to one of the hardest-working and most dedicated coaches I know…my Dad. ❤️⚽️

I’ve seen firsthand how much you truly care about every player you coach. You go above and beyond, give your time, your energy, and your heart, and you make sure your players never feel unnoticed. You want the best for them, and even when it means having the hard conversations or telling them things they may not want to hear, you do it because you know they are capable of more.

Not everyone may always agree with you or like the way you coach, but one thing nobody can ever say is that you didn’t care about their player. You show up, you put in the work, and you give your players everything you can. That kind of dedication speaks for itself.

What makes it even more special is that you still play the game yourself to this day. You don’t just coach from the sidelines , you continue to live the game, learn from it, and stay connected to the sport you love. I think that says so much about the passion you have for soccer.

I’m not only lucky enough to call you my dad, but I’m also incredibly grateful that I got to call you my coach. You have pushed me to be better, challenged me when I needed it, and always been honest with me. You never tell me what I want to hear just to make me feel good — you tell me the truth, tell me what I need to work on, and remind me that you know I’m capable of being great. I appreciate that more than you know.

I see you do the exact same thing for your players. You believe in them, you push them, and you hold them to a higher standard because you see their potential.

Thank you for all the time, sacrifice, dedication, and love you put into coaching. I’m proud to call you my dad, proud to have learned from you, and proud to watch you continue to make an impact on so many players.

Happy National Coaches Day, Dad. ❤️ You truly are one of the best coaches I’ve ever had, and I’m grateful for everything you’ve taught me , both on and off the field. I hope you know how much I appreciate you, not only as my dad, but as the coach who has always believed in me, pushed me, and helped me become the person and coach I am today. ⚽️ by @kbhathletics

Huge shoutout to our incredible coaches! 👏⚽

They played an amazing game against OC, and while we took the L in PKs, they will always be #1 in our eyes!

Here’s to the coaches who lead by example and help shape the future, one player at a time. 💙🌊🤙🏽 #ThankYouCoaches #FCPremier #Teamwork #SoccerFamily by @kbhathletics

Early mornings. Heavy work. Higher learning.

Another session in the books with @kbhathletics and the college crew. Today wasn’t about being at our best, it was about getting better.

Coming off an injury and feeling a little rusty, but that’s part of the journey. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just trusting the process, putting in the work, and taking another step forward.

Being surrounded by athletes who understand commitment, discipline, and growth is a reminder that progress isn’t always measured by perfection. Sometimes it’s measured by showing up, grinding through the discomfort, and refusing to quit.

Every rep is an investment. Every lesson is a step forward. Every setback is an opportunity for a comeback.

Higher learning. Higher standards. Higher goals.

Level up. 🚀💪 #KBHAthletics #LevelUp #HigherLearning #TrustTheProcess #ComebackSeason by @kbhathletics

Tough battle this weekend, but one thing stood out our girls showed what it means to play as a TEAM. 💪⚽️

The connections were stronger, the trust was higher, and the fight for each other was undeniable. This is the level we build from.

Keep trusting. Keep competing. Keep lifting one another. Because together, you are stronger… and together, you are better. 🔥

Iron sharpens iron. ⚔️
It’s not always perfect, there are disagreements, arguments, and moments where emotions run high.

But that’s part of the process. Competing, challenging each other, and even clashing at times is what pushes us to grow.

What matters is that we come back together, learn from it, and keep building as one.

Every practice, every rep, every battle, we’re making each other better.

We rise together. We grind together. We get stronger together. 💪⚽️
