Side quest #1 complete. God put me on this Earth to fight challenges and build a community with likeminded brothers. Thank you for having such an amazing friend to motivate me through it all and everybody who has supported me. See you on the next one!

Race time: 1:27:17 Goal: under 1:30 (completed) by @keanujrodriguez

Man, this is only the beginning. 22 years old. Buckle up because this is going to be a ride of a lifetime.

Show Day Results 🏆
🥉 Novice – 3rd
6th Open – Class A

This prep was one of the hardest journeys I’ve ever taken. Between financial struggles, countless hours in the gym, and even sticking to my plan while on vacation with my fiancé (where I ended up proposing to her), there were so many moments where I questioned if it was all worth it. Truthfully, she’s the one who held the decision for me to follow through with bodybuilding. Without her love, patience, and belief in me, I wouldn’t have made it to that stage.

Walking away with 3rd in Novice and 6th in a very competitive Open Class A is something I’ll always be proud of. But what excites me even more is the package we brought. I felt sharper, more focused, and more driven than ever before. The peoples’ feedback was clear: I need to add size to my back and chest. And that’s exactly what we’ll do. The mission now is to come in more conditioned than ever, with an even better package next time.

This is only the beginning. We are all in and we’re chasing that Pro Card together!

Thank you to my family, friends, coach, and everyone who’s been part of this journey. I couldn’t be more grateful, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. Time to grow.

PS: This actually made me fall in love with the stair master.

It’s truly about who’s there to keep you accountable. Other people will watch you grow, but they won’t let you quit on yourself. by @keanujrodriguez

I missed the gym, but I got a pump at the farm. A win is a win. by @keanujrodriguez

As we all work towards the goal of succeeding in competition, failure is what built our desire for these results. Our handwork isn’t a testimony to our work, but the results will showcase everything that we’ve been working on. Love working with my brothers. by @keanujrodriguez

Oh, you thought this was going to be a Macki video? SIKE! by @keanujrodriguez

Got the job, got the woman, fought my battles alone.
Nobody tells you the same discipline that saves you is the thing that empties the room. I didn’t lose anybody. I just became lonely.
The work doesn’t hug you back. It doesn’t sit across from you at dinner. It doesn’t answer when you call.
So glad to have these brothers make me whole.

SHOUTOUT TO ALL THE DAWGS IN THIS VIDEO! MANY MORE OF THESE PEOPLE BUT THANK YOU FOR ALL THE CARE THROUGHOUT THE TIME. by @keanujrodriguez

3 years ago, we was together partying. Now, we’re hanging out with different intentions. Couldn’t be more thankful for my brother for keeping tabs. by @keanujrodriguez

The hard truth about what others want out of you. We’re all in a fight to become better than others, but we overlook our true selves. That’s the difference maker. by @keanujrodriguez
