The laundry can wait. The deer cannot. 🤷🏻‍♀️🦌

Besides, I’m pretty sure fresh air counts as self-care. 😂

Some days you go to the gym to get stronger. Other days you go just to clear your head.

Not every workout is about changing how you look. Sometimes it’s about changing how you feel.

I’ve never regretted showing up for myself, even on the days I didn’t feel like it.

Keep showing up, ladies. For your body, your mind, and most importantly, for YOU. 🤍💪🏼

Who says you can’t have a little fun while putting in the work?! 🎃💪🏼

Costumes, sweat, laughs, and a whole lot of girl power! 👻🖤

Our She Shed ladies showed up, dressed up, and crushed their Halloween workout!

Strong women, good vibes, and a whole lot of fun. That’s what we’re all about! 💪🏼✨

A HUGE thank you to Paradise Cinemas for generously donating 4 movie passes for our Halloween class! 🎬🍿 We drew names from all the wonderful ladies who joined us, and now 4 lucky ladies are headed out for a date night, thanks to Paradise Cinemas! 🖤

We truly are so blessed with this amazing gym family and the wonderful local businesses that support us! It’s the people who make the She Shed so special, and we couldn’t be more grateful! 🖤

Happy Halloween 🎃

35. 🖤

The older I get, the more I realize that life isn’t about having everything figured out.

It’s about finding yourself along the way. Chasing the things that set your soul on fire, doing things that scare you, and realizing just how capable you really are.

I’m stepping into 35 stronger, more confident, and more sure of the woman I’m becoming.

There’s still so much I want to do, so many places I want to see, and so many things I want to experience.

Here’s to 35, and everything that’s still ahead of me.

I’m just getting started. 🖤

You don’t have to grow up doing something to fall in love with it. You don’t have to know everything, have all the experience, or have it all figured out before you start.

Sometimes you just have to be brave enough to try.

Get outside. Learn something new. Chase the things that excite you, even if they scare you a little. Don’t let the fear of being inexperienced stop you from discovering what you’re capable of.

Whether it’s hunting, conservation, the outdoors, or something completely different, there is room for you.

We need more women willing to step forward, get involved, ask questions, and make a difference.

You never know where that first step might take you. 🤍

A little reminder to every woman out there. 🤍

You are capable of more than you think.

Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself, step outside your comfort zone, or start something that scares you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to believe you’re worth the effort.

Keep showing up. Keep pushing yourself. Keep becoming stronger, physically and mentally.

Because the only person you need to be better than is the person you were yesterday. 🤍

It’s the little moments like these. 🤍

Watching them laugh, play, and enjoy the simplest things reminds me that these really are the best days.

They might think they’re the ones having all the fun, but little do they know, watching them grow up and make these memories is the best part of mine. 🍂❤️

A couple girls, chasing critters around the bush 🫶 by @keiaholm

This one is for all my ladies who are trying to find themselves again. 🤍

Being a mom, a wife, and wearing all the other hats life throws our way, it’s pretty easy to forget about ourselves.

But you know what? We matter too. 💕

It’s okay to want something for yourself. To set goals, feel confident in your own skin, and take time to do things that make YOU happy.

And trust me, not every day is easy. Sometimes showing up is the hardest part, but those little efforts add up.

We’re not trying to be who we used to be. We’re working on becoming stronger, happier, and more confident in who we are now.

So keep going, ladies. It’s never too late to put yourself back on your own priority list. 🫶🏼💪🏼

We’ve built a life around the things we love. Hunting, fishing, exploring wild places, and raising our girls to appreciate it all alongside us. 🤎

For us, it’s never been just about filling tags or putting meat in the freezer.

It’s about the early mornings, muddy boots, hard work, endless adventures, and memories made along the way.

It’s about teaching our girls to respect the land, appreciate wildlife, and understand the importance of conservation. Passing down traditions and building a love for the outdoors that we hope carries on for generations.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about what we harvest or where we go. It’s about who we share it with.

This is our family. Our lifestyle. Our passion.

And together, we’re all Bound by the Backcountry. 🤎🌲

The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to slow down.

To stop worrying about everything I can’t control. To stop putting so much pressure on myself to have everything figured out. To give myself permission to just be.

Life has a funny way of reminding us that not everything needs our energy, not everything deserves our attention, and not everything needs to be figured out today.

I’m learning to appreciate the quiet moments. To find happiness in the little things. To protect my peace, trust myself, and keep discovering the woman I’m becoming.

Because sometimes, the most important thing you can do for yourself is simply slow down, take a deep breath, and remember how much there is to be grateful for. 🤍🌿
