If you love someone with Type 1 diabetes, please take a minute to read this. ❤️ My husband and I have been together for 14 years, and I’ve seen firsthand the physical, emotional, and financial toll this disease takes. There are no days off, and even with today’s technology, the risks never fully go away. But there’s hope. The FDA is considering changes that could make insulin-producing islet cell transplants more accessible to people with Type 1 diabetes. It’s not a cure, but it could mean more freedom, less fear, and more healthy years together. For our family, that means more time for our girls with their dad. ❤️ We have until NOVEMBER 9 to make our voices heard! Here’s how you can help: 1. Go to www.regulations.gov 2. Search docket FDA-2026-N-10738 3. Open “Improving Patient Access to Deceased Donor Islet Cells and Cell Products; Request for Information” 4. Click “Comment” 5. Share why making potentially life-changing treatments more accessible matters to you. 6. Submit your comment by November 9 at 11:59 PM ET. You don’t need to have Type 1 diabetes or be a medical professional. Your comment can be short and personal. Please take a few minutes to comment and share this post. Every voice matters, and families like ours deserve every opportunity for a healthier future. ❤️ by @keighlafox

I caught the girls singing together and I’m unwell. Not my 8 and 5 year old harmonizing to @cityandcolour_official 🥲 Shout out to my husband for always singing this to them as a lullaby. by @keighlafox
2025 started with therapy and finally unpacking parts of my past I’d never fully dealt with. Along the way, my focus became clearer, my anxiety more manageable, and my confidence grew in ways I didn’t expect. I took on @thesausalitostudio studio while continuing to grow @kfoxphotography, and at home we crossed a big milestone - letting go of the last of our baby items and fully stepping into life with big kids. It’s been one of the hardest and best years of my life. Looking ahead to 2026 as I continue to find my stride and put my energy where it matters most 🤍 by @keighlafox
Goodbye 2025. Looking ahead with intention, gratitude, and hope for what’s to come ✨ Here’s to continued growth, creativity, and becoming. Thanks @neptunebangdelphotography for capturing these moments of our family 🤍 by @keighlafox

Still riding the high from this weekend! When I first dreamed up this event, it was simple: Celebrate 10 years in business by bringing a group of women together, create space to connect, and help them feel confident showing up in their brand. I had no idea how meaningful it would be to actually stand in a room full of women building, creating, pivoting, and rooting for each other. To everyone who came out — thank you!! 😊 You made this first gathering something I’ll never forget. This is just the beginning. I’m already planning what’s next and my hope is to keep organizing experiences like this that support and elevate women all over the Bay Area. 🫶🏼 If you missed this one but want in next time, send me a message — I’d love to have you!! And for all those who attended, keep your eyes peeled this week for your headshots and the announcement of the winner of the full brand photography package! 🎉🤩 #bayareawomeninbusiness #personalbrandphotography #marinphotographer #sfbayareabusiness by @keighlafox
Please remember social media is a highlight reel and you’re not seeing the ugly side of what got us here yesterday… but even so, I will continue to romanticize the hell out of my life because this is their childhood and we only have one shot at it making it memorable. 🤍 by @keighlafox
A birthday beach day with my favorite people was all I wanted to celebrate another year around the sun ☀️ by @keighlafox
