POSTS STORIES REELS

Most people think real estate is about houses, but for me, it’s always been about people — and where they end up.

Where you live shapes your life, that’s why I take this job seriously… and personally.

Born and raised in Sarasota, former pro athlete, now a husband, dad, and full-time realtor.

If you’re thinking about making a move — I’m here when you’re ready!

I grew up in Sarasota long before it became the place everyone knows today.
Back when the beaches felt quieter… the neighborhoods felt smaller… and you recognized every face at the grocery store.

This city raised me.
And now I get to help people build their lives here, the same way my family built ours.

Every home I help someone buy or sell isn’t a transaction to me.
It’s a piece of someone’s story.
And it means something that those stories happen in the place that shaped mine.

If you’re starting a new chapter in Sarasota, I’d be honored to help you write it.

Where the horizon becomes your backyard.

In Sarasota, "outdoor living" takes on a different meaning. It's not just a patio, it's open water, swaying palms, and a sunset that changes the sky every single evening.

From Longboat Key to Siesta Key, Lido Key to Anna Maria, these are the backyards our buyers fall in love with before they ever step inside the house. Boat docks instead of driveways. Infinity edges that blend into the Bay. Evenings that don't end when the sun goes down — they just get quieter.

Why Sarasota?

Small town feel, big city options. Downtown energy, waterfront calm, and country quiet — all within a 20 minute drive of each other.

It’s the kind of place where you can grab coffee on Main St, watch the sunset on the bay, and still feel like you know your neighbors. That’s the magic of a small town coastal atmosphere.

Born and raised here, and I still find something new to love about it every day🤟

Sarasota has changed a lot over the years, new neighborhoods, new restaurants, more people, and a whole different energy in some parts of town.

I’ve seen Sarasota grow and change firsthand, and these are just a few things that stand out to me.

If you’ve been here for a while, what’s changed the most for you? 👇 by @keithcurciosrq

The right home starts with the right lifestyle.
Sarasota has so many different areas, and what feels perfect for one person might not make sense for another. So before you fall in love with a house, get clear on the life you want around it.

Moving to Sarasota is the easy decision. Figuring out _where_ in Sarasota fits you is where it gets interesting.

Two homes can be 15 minutes apart and offer completely different lifestyles and that’s something you don’t always realize until you actually spend time here.

The best place to live isn’t necessarily the neighborhood everyone talks about. It’s the one that fits how you want your everyday life to look.
