From grief to gratitude — becoming her 🤍

POSTS STORIES REELS

Maybe the question isn’t “What’s next?”

Maybe it’s “Who am I becoming?” 🤍

For so long, I poured my energy into my career… and somewhere along the way, I got really good at putting myself last.

This season is different.

I don’t have all the answers. I’m not pretending I do. I’m just giving myself permission to slow down, try things, change my mind, take up space, and figure it out as I go.

More movement.
More confidence.
More family time.
More sharing a gift.
More pouring back into the woman behind all the roles.

This is me figuring out what happens when I stop chasing the next thing and start becoming the next version of me.

Welcome to Pouring Back Into Me. 🤍

Episode 1. Let’s see where this goes. 👀

Hi, I’m Keliana. 🤍

If you’re new here, welcome. I’m so happy you found my little corner of the internet.

I’m a wife to my best friend, Edgar, and a mom to Quinn and Ryder. By day, I work a corporate job. Outside of that, you’ll usually find me cheering at gymnastics and Jiu-Jitsu, training for my next race, attempting sourdough (with varying levels of success 😂), planning my next concert, or building a business that’s become so much more than hair and skincare.

Life hasn’t always gone the way I imagined. After losing our son, Ryder, our family has been learning how to carry grief while continuing to live, love, and make memories together. Sharing our journey is my way of reminding others that they don’t have to walk through hard seasons alone.

Everything I do comes back to one goal: creating a life with more presence, more purpose, and more time with the people I love while helping others feel seen, supported, and confident along the way.

Around here you’ll find the real life—the wins, the setbacks, the messy middle, and everything in between.

Whether you’re here because of running, motherhood, grief, business, hair and skincare, or just stumbled across my page… I’m grateful you’re here.

Welcome. 🤍

Have you ever thought about turning what you already do into an opportunity? 👀

You wash your hair. You talk to people. Why not do both while making a little extra money AND helping others?!

A little extra cash for Christmas sounds pretty nice, right? 🎄💰

If you’re curious, DM me BOX and let’s chat about what this could look like, your goals, and how I can help you get started. No pressure, just a conversation! 💜

NOT THE VACATION HAIR BETRAYAL. 😭😂💀

She took the other products… and the hair said absolutely NOT. She isn’t the first!

You never know who needs your light. ❤️

Sometimes, simply showing up, sharing your story, and encouraging someone else can change their life.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to make an impact. Just keep showing up, keep serving, and keep being YOU. 🫶🏼✨

No no no no ❌

Yes yes yes yes ✅

That drugstore bottle? Mostly water, waxes & silicones just COATING your hair to make it feel soft.

My routine No coating. It’s clean, concentrated, and starts at the SCALP. Because healthy hair starts at the root, not the ends.

Thinning? Frizzy? Thick? Fine? Medium? Coarse? If you have hair, I have a system for YOU.

Comment HAIR and we can chat about your hair type and hair goals! I offer free hair consult and share what I’d suggest for you

We were besties first, and our girls never stood a chance 😂💕 Best friends straight out the womb, and now we’d do life together every single day if we could. 🥹🫶🏼 The kind of friendship you pray your kids get to experience, too. 💗

Last night was October 15 — Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day.

At 7pm, we lit our candles and joined the International Wave of Light. One by one, as 7pm moved across time zones, a continuous wave of light circled the world for all the babies gone too soon.

For a long time, I had no idea what this day existed. Until it happened to us.

Last night we lit our candles for our miscarriage, for our ectopic pregnancy, and for Ryder — born July 31st, 2024 at 4:36am, 2lb 5oz, born with no heartbeat but so much love.

Why do we light it? Because their lives mattered. Because grief and love can exist together. Because we are still their parents, and we will always say their names.

If your loss happened early in pregnancy, later in pregnancy, or after birth, your grief matters. Your baby matters. Your story matters.

Thank you to everyone who remembers our baby, who say’s Ryder’s name, who remembers with us.

We remembered. We honoured. We lit a candle.

Even when the light goes out, the memory never stops.

For Ryder. Always.

🕯️💛

Midweek reminder for the girl who feels like she should have it all figured out by now. 🤍

If there’s one thing I’m learning lately, it’s that life doesn’t always go according to plan. Sometimes you’re forced to slow down, pivot, and figure out what’s next when you least expect it.

But that doesn’t mean you’re behind. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed. And it definitely doesn’t mean you’re running out of time.

Take a breath. Give yourself some grace. You don’t have to have all the answers today.

We’re figuring it out one day at a time, and that’s okay. 🫶🏼

Slow down, girl. You’re doing just fine. 🤍
