Holding a spooky open house this Halloween!🎃 I did some reverse tricking treating and dropped off some flyers around the neighborhood beforehand. Just waiting for the right souls that are next to occupy this residence!👻 by @kelloggskatestate

Congratulations to my buyer!🎉 He messaged me saying he had less than a week to find a house and be under contract based on his 1031 exchange timeline. I said we better get started then🤣 We found this house that weekend, got him under contract, and closed all under 2 weeks! This was a fast process, and I’m so thankful to help a friend secure the right home for him!🏡 by @kelloggskatestate

Happy closing day to my sellers!🏡🥳 It was such a blessing helping my friends/ past client sell another property. There are so many moving pieces involved with a closing, so it’s always exciting when things come together at the end for a successful transaction!💥 by @kelloggskatestate

The things people say at Open Houses🤣 These Open Houses have been a crucial part of growing and running my real estate business over the years. It’s always funny to hear the little things people say while looking at a home too. Even if they don’t turn into buyers, I always love just being involved in the market and a resource to the community as a Realtor! by @kelloggskatestate

Hanging out in some water on a toasty summer day is one of my favorite things to do🏖️ Another one of my favorite things to do is help people buy and sell real estate here in Arizona!🏡 If you or anyone you know is in the market, I’d love to help, let’s make it happen!🥳 by @kelloggskatestate

Wonderful trip back home celebrating my Grandmas life and having her memorial on her old farm in Washington. Had the privilege of having a beautiful Grandmother filled with love and an abundance of giving. So blessed to have such amazing family and friends! by @kelloggskatestate

Feeling extremely grateful this 4th of July weekend. Celebrating amazing friendships and wonderful times with loved ones along with America’s 250th!🇺🇸 by @kelloggskatestate

On this day, we got to hang out by the lake, and talked about what Heaven would be like and how it must be so peaceful. I hope it’s everything you imagined and more. My Grandma was full of love and positivity. Will cherish these memories forever and couldn’t be more thankful to have you in my life. by @kelloggskatestate

6 weeks in a cast and 6 weeks in the boot was a long ride. Now I’m back to walking and building up my balance and strength again! Definitely still have a ways to go for recovery, but thankful to be past the worst of it! by @kelloggskatestate

Congratulations to my buyers for closing on their home today!🏡🔑 This one was awesome, we were able to have the seller pay all of the closing costs, and the home appraised for $20,000 more than the purchase price.

We started these buyers home search right after I had my Achilles surgery, so I was on crutches and a knee scooter throughout the whole process. Extremely thankful to stay busy while recovering, and couldn’t be more happy for these buyers and their new home!🥳🎊 @jordan.calderonn and his team did a phenomenal job on the loan as well. Always happy to help our buyers and clients reach the finish line!🙌🏻 by @kelloggskatestate

It’s been an interesting 5 weeks dealing with different casts and recovery. Incredibly thankful for all of the support along the way in my life and next chapter of healing and growth! by @kelloggskatestate

Achilles surgery went really well! Thank you to everyone for the prayers and wishes of a smooth process. Onto the road of recovery!🙏🏻❤️‍🩹 by @kelloggskatestate
