This photo and song clip sums up 2025 — This tree sums up my Spirit as I stand in her womb. Here are some of my favorite invocations I’ll be working with this new year — that I’d like to share with you… 🌺Holy Spirit - please show me how good it can get! 🌺Thank you God for the blessings you put in front of me everyday. 🌺Dear Great Mystery, please show me what it means to fully live my life alive, embodied, sovereign and leading with my heart. May I be of service to this faith. Prayer has been a foundational tool in my life and this past pilgrimage took me deeper into her medicine. Thank you to the ones who helped make this pilgrimage extra special - you know who you are 🪽 Looking forward to being of service and sharing these transmissions and frequencies with you! Hey there — It’s such a pleasure to have you in this space. The other day I was being taught about how to better connect with others through the lens of marketing as it’s something I am starting to learn a lot about. I decided that a good way for you to get to know me more is from me sharing more of what lights me up. Today I am sharing my principles aka “the rules” of life that help me steer my ship and that I make decisions from/on. My roots go deep and wide and it was hard enough for me to narrow it down to what I shared here! Can you relate?! What are some of your principles that you live by? Which one of the principles that I shared do you have resonance with? So nice to be getting to know you here — especially if you’re new to my instagram profile. Grateful you’re here! To our co-creation 🐉🪽💎🌹 by @kellyniewellness
Somatic healing does backflips around our verbal processing. And yes, being able to put words to how we feel and our wounds is deeply important. This is one of the first steps of growth or healing, which is our awareness. Beyond this awareness, on a cognitive level, so much relief can take place when we give the body permission to move what we have stored on a somatic level. This might take place through crying, through sounding, through movement, through tears, through being held, through breathwork but ultimately, relief and release comes through the body in a way that liberates us so much differently than trying to put words to something that can only really be felt. So, this is our reminder to move our bodies today, to express, to create, to embody what feels stuck so that it gives way to something new 🐋🤙🌬️🦅🌀🌺🪽💎💕 #embodiedselfmastery #movementasmedicine by @kellyniewellness
Bless this day of Samhain 🕯️ May we remember how close we are to the unseen realms and our interconnectedness with the Earth through this change of seasons. May we remember what has been before as we allow the new energies upon us to give way for what our souls know to be sacred. May we celebrate, may we love, may we feast, may we give, may we shine, may we serve, may we touch the places that show us what is possible in the coming days, months and years ahead. May we continue to know what relationship is as we open our hearts, as we speak our desires and as we give ourselves permission to play, to imagine and to live our soul’s essence embodied. Spaces are open for 1:1 Embodied Self Mastery mentorship — DM me to connect on how I can best support you on your embodied path home to your heart. #samhain #embodiedselfmastery #selfexpression #play #imagination by @kellyniewellness
This is your reminder to stay the course. Even when people judge you. Even when you feel doubt. Especially because you have the courage to do it messy and imperfect. I am grateful if you took the time to listen and tune into this whole song and witness me here. Choosing to embody my voice and learn how to play instruments in my mid 30’s has been no small feat. This way has become one of the most incredible medicines of my life thus far. This way has helped me through some of the deepest grief I’ve ever carried. This way has facilitated some of the most ecstatic states I’ve ever experienced. This way has given me a medium into an expression of my soul that I didn’t even know was possible. Onward and upward. I can only get better from here 🥳 May this be your reminder to sing, draw, paint, write, or dance to express your soul, she’s/he’s beckoning you. May it serve from my heart to yours 🌈🌀🐋🪽🌬️👩🏼‍🎤 Song: Sun On My Body written by me 💎 #embodiedselfmastery #singersongwriter #vocalliberation #mu by @kellyniewellness
No one said it was going be easy, but they said it would be worth it. One small act every day could support our personal liberation, especially when we’re going through intense recalibration experiences that are asking us to give in, let go and surrender. So maybe today you try putting a song on and you let yourself move to it freely. No agenda. No one watching you. No expectations. And maybe just maybe you get a glimpse into your souls essence. Over the last many weeks of being off social media, my body has been in the integration phase of a new foundation that had been set while I was on pilgrimage in September. A restoration. A recalibration. A reclamation. My physical body has gone through an incredibly potent transformation. This shift arrived right on time. All I know is that for some time my dream has been to sing my soul song and so I prayed every day. What I didn’t know was when, or what really needed to shift for that to come through other than to continue to show up and sing. And so I did that 🤓 And then God took the reins. Two months ago I displaced my SI but I didn’t know it was my SI in the beginning and after many days of being in pain, I found out what was going on and was able to reset my SI back in its place. Upon the resetting of my SI, another part of my body reset itself and bam 💥 my vocal resonance had changed. Sound is emerging through me in a whole new way, like I had been longing for it my entire life. I’ve been laughing, crying and celebrating galore since this moment. Oh, and singing 🤓😆☺️ Upon my return from the islands, I wanted to stay close to this new embodiment, to nurture it, to honor it. And what I know now is that I am being nudged to share some of the songs I’ve written and keep stepping out of my hermit hole into the light. So thank you for being here with me. As I continue on my journey and share my art, I trust it lands in the hearts of those who know how precious it is to feel safe to express ourselves just as we are among others. To trust the dream so much that we do it even when we suck at it, when others judge us behind our backs and even when we have our own transgressions around it all. Soon I’ll share this whole song but for now… Go do ART, share your ART, be in your heART ♥️ #embodiedselfmastery #singersongwriter #ART #sunonmybody by @kellyniewellness

Aloha, Our community in Bend, Oregon is moving through an incredible heart-wrenching experience. A shooting at a Bend elementary school occurred this last Thursday and there have been 5 casualties. Three children, a teacher and the shooter have all crossed over the rainbow bridge. There is one child and one adult critically injured and receiving treatment currently. Fear, confusion, sadness, anger and many other emotions are very present in the field and the weight of the energy in our town feels heavy right now. When an event occurs of this magnitude, it has a way of bringing people closer to each other. It has a way of waking us up to our true nature. It has a way of showing us what’s important. It has a way… If you or someone you know could use support right now, we will be gathering with one another every Sunday over the next 3 weeks to feel, breathe and heal. Breathing Through Grief Dates: Sunday’s 18th, 25th October & 1st November Time: 11am-12pm Location: Alpine Physical Therapy RSVP: for details of what to bring and how to access space Mahalo, Kelly by @kellyniewellness
Sometimes I wonder if it’s worth the risk to… Let it all die. So Kelly, what do you mean by “let it all die?” Funny, you should ask because it’s all encompassing. It seems like one of the most obvious things that happens when we transform is to let go of old beliefs, clear our karma, and give up old behaviors to embody a new energy. But really there’s not enough people actually calling a spade a spade. When we change, we die. I’ve been experiencing micro ego deaths for this last month. I needed to allow discernment to be a top skill as my practice this month. I’ve needed to use my voice in ways that kept me standing in my power in a compassionate, clear, and loving way. I’ve learned a lot. I’ve felt a lot. And the number one thing that is very clear right now through this death has been to practice not abandoning myself when a new way is being birthed. Super curious what’s emerging for you this week?! Loving you in your path — bless it up 🌺 #embodiedselfmastery by @kellyniewellness
What would happen if we lived in the realm of possibility more? Would it create more expansion or would it create more contraction? What would happen if we allowed ourselves a good life? What would happen if we remembered that when a door closes, a window opens? What would happen if curiosity was a foundational aspect of our life? For those of us with children, we are beckoned to become more curious because a child will inevitably activate that part of us again. For those of us who don’t have children, have we given ourselves enough space to tap back into the field of curiosity, which is an incredible gateway into our creativity. What would happen if we were able to access such a state of peace in our body that the continuous story running in our mind is that “it gets to be this good?” If you get what I’m putting down, I’d love to invite you into something. I am hosting my first ever three part shamanic breathwork series this October. Where breath helps us tap into our curiosity, creativity and flowstate. Guided with channeled shamanic toning, led by your continuous rhythmic breath and held in a space anchored in love. You receive: cleansing, remembrance, community, liberation, centering Dates: 10/6, 10/13, 10/20 Time: 7-8:15pm pst Where: Zoom Online (practice from the comfort of your own home) Contribution: $95 (about $31/session) DM “fall” for link to join Breath as a tool for liberation 🌬️ #embodiedselfmastery by @kellyniewellness
