A different kind of shortage..
Here North Jersey it's still a Seller's market and a pretty strong one in most towns. If you or someone you know has been thinking of selling, now is a great time. The reasons that people buy houses never really change - larger family, smaller family, new job, closer commute. Get a better understanding of current interest rates and what that really means. I can help you! IM me! Talk soon!

Sometimes when you are searching for a home you will come across a listing that says expired. But, just because a listing is expired, does not mean the seller isn't interested in selling. Don't be discouraged if you come across a listing that is expired, I (your agent) can step in to see if the seller is still interested in selling. #yourrealtorcanhelp #askarealtor #yougotthis #manyroadsleadtohomeownership by @kellysrealestatebyberniedock

National real estate sales stats from Nov 2022 by National Association of Realtors (NAR).
It is generally accepted that 5 to 6 monthly of inventory - meaning how long it would take to sell all of houses currently on market - is considered a buyers market. So inventory at 3.3 months indicates it's still a Seller's market.
