From a colorful Haldi and Hindu ceremony to a Palm Beach-inspired reception, Allegra and Ari’s wedding weekend kept getting better. After a classic Catholic ceremony in Dallas, the reception turned up the color. Green, coral, pink and orange moved through patterned linens, tropical florals, striped ceilings and a pretty incredible tiled dance floor. The details had just as much fun. Monogrammed aprons for the staff, illustrated cocktail menus, a statement escort display and tables that mixed prints instead of trying to match every last thing. Classic lace for the aisle, Palm Beach party for everything after. Four events, three days, two incredible people getting married, and now one wedding feature I am SO excited to see go live! There are a million things I could say about Allegra + Ari’s wedding weekend. The 500-stem caladium chandelier. The custom flooring inspired by Puerto Rican mosaic tile. The fashion. The flowers. The dancing. The fact that every single event felt uniquely inspired and yet cohesive. But there was a moment during their reception that has stuck with me.
Ari stood up and thanked his parents, and he spoke about the decision they made years ago, in India, to send him away to boarding school so he could have a good education. It was a huge sacrifice for their family - and one that eventually led him to the United States, to Allegra, and to this room where their families had traveled from all over the world to celebrate them. There wasn’t a dry eye in the tent, mine included. For all of the incredible design and once-in-a-lifetime details packed into these three days, that’s what made this weekend so special to photograph. It felt like we were watching so many different threads - Indian and Puerto Rican, family, friendship, sacrifice, serendipity - somehow lead to this weekend. Allegra + Ari, you two are magic. So excited to finally see this one on @caratsandcake. 💜 There are quite literally more than 50 vendors to credit sooooo check the comments but I must give @kelseyboothdellevents @jacksondurhamevents @eventsbyrama their flowers!!! by @kelseyboothdellevents
Lilly & Henry 🤍 I don’t know where to begin, how do I do this day and these two justice?!?!!! From taking Lillys high school senior photos, to taking engagement photos in New York City, to their day in Dallas - maybe the most perfect trifecta ever?! They glowed, their friends and family were so full of joy it still gives me goosebumps!!! Forever in awe of these two, they’re so good together, it feels like a love story that belongs in a book 🥹🫶🏻 Vendor team: Planning - @kelseyboothdellevents Reception Venue - @unionstationdallas Church - @parkcitiespca Photography - @sarahblazephotog Videography - @take4films Floral - threebranchesfloral Band - Manhattan Band / @jordankahnorchestra HMU - @maiteemiles Cake - @dallasaffairescakecompany Calligraphy - @emmaharpercalligraphy Rentals - @bbjlatavola Rentals - @partydallasrentals Rentals - @toptiereventrentals Dance floor - @imperial_floors_ Lighting - @stage2lighting Getaway Car - @dfwvintagecars by @kelseyboothdellevents
Caroline and Truett’s wedding at Brookhollow Country Club was such a beautiful night with the most amazing families! ❤️ These two met when they were kids, which made celebrating them all the more fun. I also got to see a few past clients, so this wedding felt especially sweet. Caroline and Truett didn’t do a first look, but we did have one: Caroline’s dad hadn’t seen his bride in her dress yet. We brought them together on the staircase in their home, and it was the sweetest moment. ❤️ Planning @kelseyboothdellevents Venue @brook_hollow_golf_club Draping @blanccanvasdrapery Floral @gardengate_dallas Band @emeraldcityband Lighting @stage2lighting Rentals @percheventdecor @poshcouturerentals Hamu @myfabfaces Cinema @reverentweddingfilms Cakes @fancycakesbylauren @dallasaffairescakecompany @shagcarpetprops @bbjlatavola @imperial_floors_ @illuminationfireworks by @kelseyboothdellevents

Just one of the four events for Ari and Allegra’s wedding weekend. Their Italian rehearsal dinner at @sixtyvines set the bar immediately with color, food, and a guest list that clearly got the memo. by @kelseyboothdellevents

I’d say the reaction was fitting, but honestly, it was considered months before the wedding day. Planned for. Designed for. Executed for. Beautifully brought to life by @kelseyboothdellevents and @jacksondurhamevents - and what an honor to document the final result. Planning: @kelseyboothdellevents Floral / Event Design: @jacksondurhamevents Photography: @lucystruve Videography: @reverentweddingfilms Entertainment: @qbandlive Tent: @sandoneproductions Venue / Catering: @arlingtonhallspecialevents Drapery: @blanccanvasdrapery Dance Floor / Staging: @imperial_floors_ Event Lighting: @stage2lighting Paper Goods: @mfcreativedesigns Ceremony Chapel: @Perkins_Chapel Ceremony Music: @serenatastringsdfw Cake: @fancycakesbylauren Ice Sculpture / Custom Ice Cubes: @theofficialstellarice Tabletop Rentals: @noma_eventsatx Rentals: @poshcouturerentals Dining Chairs: @luxetabletop Photobooth: @mirmirphoto After Party DJ: @iamdjsouljah Transportation: @premierofdallas Hair / Makeup: @maiteemiles by @kelseyboothdellevents
