POSTS STORIES REELS

Let's talk about it:

16 months ago I looked at myself and could not recognise who I had become. Stress, fear, anxiety, pressure, involved in things and with people that brought no growth to my life. Lost a lot of friends. I resorted to junk food and extremely poor nutritional decisions that not only impacted me physically but mentally too.

I was too embarrassed to be in front of the camera like I used to pride myself on and work collaboratively with other Aussie brands for within previous years. I honestly didn't know who I was and couldn't answer when asked. An old rusted out shell of a previous version of myself? Five bulging discs in the back, abnormal growth in the neck, multiple scans, countless trips to chiros, physios, specialists, local gp's and hospitals, all for what? Some temporary relief?

Nah scrap that, enough was enough. Necessary life changes were made, challenges were overcome and a very dimmed out light started to slowly ignite more and more as the months flew by. Mentally I became tougher, physically I became stronger, disciplined I became, driven grew to ambitious and talking about growing, hey! We built @pointzeroactivewear which continues to grow by the day!

New contacts were made, more connections were formed, many laughs have been shared, tough and mature discussions have been had and fun content has been created! Damn it, we've merged car meets with gym wear, we've helped open up gyms, our promotions are across many gyms, we know who to call when we need our supps, in any suburb within Sydney, we've built an amazing support team of ambassadors turned family all over Australia, we've built projects for cars, we've inspired many and been inspired by many. Now I can finally happily look back at the man in the mirror and say Ken, we did it. We got us back, now let's get back to work and pick up where we left off back in 2020.

The real journey starts now and I can't wait to share with all of you what's to come not only as @pointzero.garage and @pointzeroactivewear but back as @ken.j.a again too 🔥
