🚨 A 33-year-old man faces attempted murder and drug trafficking charges after shooting an Uber Eats driver who returned to an apartment complex seeking his girlfriend’s phone number.
Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Khuslen Saruultuya following an early Monday shooting outside Pearl Dadeland Apartments. Deputies said the driver returned after a delivery attempt when Saruultuya confronted him at gunpoint, forced him to the ground, grazed his buttock with a gunshot, and pistol-whipped him. A search of Saruultuya’s nearby apartment uncovered a extensive stash of narcotics, including cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, and "pink cocaine" (tusi). Saruultuya is held without bond at TGK Correctional Center on attempted murder, battery, and nine felony drug counts.
Swipe left for assault details, narcotics discovery, and court bond rulings. ➡️

🚨 “A local establishment is facing severe state citations after health inspectors uncovered improper food temperatures, unwashed hands, and an expired operating license.

Inspectors with the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants issued multiple violations after discovering the business was operating on an expired license.

During the inspection, officials found the kitchen's only reach-in cooler sitting at a dangerous 49°F, leaving high-risk foods like pooled eggs, milk, ham, and tuna salad stored well above safe cold-holding limits (41°F).

Additionally, lentil soup was recorded at just 88°F instead of the required 135°F for hot holding.

Inspectors also cited repeated handwashing failures, including an employee touching a cellphone before handling food without washing hands or changing gloves.”

Swipe left for temperature violation details, hand hygiene findings, and licensing issues. ➡️
