“Oh that’s easy!” Famous last words before my friends tried my workout today. 😭💀 Calisthenics has a funny way of looking smooth and controlled on camera right up until you actually have to fight gravity upside down. Watching them try my workouts went from “I got this” to pure survival mode after the first rep. The form got chaotic, the core shakes were out of control, and gravity showed no mercy. Huge credit to them for being brave enough to get on camera and put in 100% effort, even when their shoulders completely gave out. Now I need you guys to settle the debate: Who actually did the best overall? Drop your vote for Keniya, Mary, or Jeremiah in the comments. 👇 #calisthenics #expectationvsreality #handstandpractice #fitnesshumor #bodyweighttraining by @keniya.jerro
