Lately, I haven’t really felt like myself. 🤍

I’ve been tired, unmotivated, and mentally struggling more than I’ve let on. Even my relationship with food has felt harder lately.

One thing I’ve been trying to be more intentional about is my gratitude journal. Not because everything is perfect, but because I want to keep recognizing the good, even on the hard days.

I’m learning that you can be grateful for your life and still struggle. You can appreciate how far you’ve come and still have days when you don’t feel like yourself.

If you’ve been feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck lately, you’re not alone. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay all the time.

Gratitude doesn’t mean ignoring the hard things. It means making room for the good while working through the hard. 🫶🏼

This is where my journey started. 🤍
Back in college, I put on some weight. About a year later, I decided it was time to make a change. I didn’t want to keep going down a path that would make it harder to get myself out of.
It all started with small habits. Slowly, I started losing weight, becoming more consistent with my nutrition and exercise, and learning to live differently than I had my entire life.
It takes time to train your mind, change your lifestyle, and build what you want. But consistency adds up.
I didn’t feel good. I didn’t love how I looked. But I kept pushing — and along the way, I gained so much more than just physical results. I gained confidence and started feeling good in my own skin again.
If you’re starting your journey, don’t quit. You don’t have to change everything overnight. Start small. Stay consistent. Keep showing up.
